The 2010 Jeep JK unlimited has a few issues up front, but if you can get past those issues, then you will have a vehicle that can take you anywhere you want to go. This is also a vehicle that is suited for people that like to go outdoors. If you just want this to drive around town with, then this is not a vehicle for you since it does not have a smooth ride.
Story
I loved growing up and wheeling at night. It allowed me to see many different mules, deer and coyotes.
Pros
One of the biggest pros that I can say about my Jeep is that it can take me anywhere. I off-road all of the time in it and have done many trails in various states, and it has never let me down. I have driven off of 3.5-foot concrete walls and gone back over them will off-roading in the desert. The hardtop I got is also really nice, and it is very quiet. The rear glass of the hardtop also has gas struts that keep it open, and it makes it easy when loading equipment in and out. Also, this is the perfect vehicle for camping because it can haul all you would need, and it still allows you to ex... (more)
Cons
The Jeep JK unlimited has a terrible motor if it is a 2007-2011 because it has the 3.8 liter motor out of the Dodge Caravan, and it lacks power. The 2012 and up models have the 3.6 liter motor that makes significantly more power, and it has a better transmission as well. Another huge con for the Jeep is that it gets terrible gas mileage. I average about 14 mgps with my hardtop, and with my soft top I got 12 mpgs. Another negative about Jeeps is when you have a soft top, it tends to blow open from the sides in windy conditions, and the windows crack when it's cold outside. Another negative ... (more)

I purchased my 2010 silver Jeep Wrangler in May 2010. I have yet to have any problems with the car. It has 56,000 miles on it currently. The only real maintenance it has required is regular oil changes and tire rotations. I wish they offered the leather interior in 2010. I have the cloth interior which is more difficult to clean. I would highly recommend getting both a soft and hard top for your jeep wrangler because they are very easy to cycle between.
Story
I have taken the top down and driven down to the beach in Florida with friends from Chicago. It makes the ride very enjoyable. Having this car in a warm location would be super fun. Its a great car to take vacations with.
Pros
My favorite thing about this vehicle is the ability to switch the hard and soft top. I like the appearance of the hard top and have to use it in the winter to deal with snow. However, I like having the ability to exchange it in the summer for a soft top that you can easily put down in the summer. I also have had nothing but positive experiences at the jeep dealership. The employees are always helpful and go above and beyond what they need to do to make sure you enjoy your car.
Cons
My soft top is starting to get slightly ripped. Another con is when you want to use your soft top you have to store your large hard top somewhere. The car is not very fuel efficient. Since the car is box shaped the windshield is at a more vertical angle. This has resulted in more cracked windshields in my experience.
