I have driven this car for 10 years and have loved every minute of it. It is an excellent car to learn how to drive in because it has large windows and it is very clear where the car ends. Because it is an older car, there are some things that are loose or rattle, but it's a utility vehicle so that does not bother me. The wheel base is short, so when in four wheel drive it can catch a bit when turning, but putting it in four wheel drive isn't usually necessary outside of major rain or snow. This car does well in both those cases.
Story
One of my favorite memories was driving this car on a beach and through sand dunes with friends. Very fun.
Pros
It has a cool vintage look and it is really easy to drive. It's an SUV, but it doesn't feel huge and unwieldy to drive. I would recommend this car to anyone learning to drive, with the reminder that it is easier to flip than a regular sedan. The compass and thermometer, as well as the trip counter, are nice extras and I enjoy the seat heaters in the winter. The car handles well in all terrain situations as well as in city and highway driving. I like that the backseat flips down flat so I can pack more in for moves or long trips.
Cons
The backseat is much smaller than you would anticipate. Some taller adults might feel squished for space. As it gets older it's hard to find the right replacement parts.

The Jeep Grad Cherokee Limited is a great vehicle. It has 4 wheel drive all the time which is great in the winter up north. Overall this is a great vehicle and I would recommend it or buy a newer one when I go to get another truck.
Story
I like to take it out four wheeling in a local strip mine.
Pros
This vehicle holds the road very nicely even when under heavy icy conditions. The pros are that it is very comfortable with it's heated leather interior and the adjustable seats. This Jeep has lots of space in the back seat for passengers with longer legs. It has plenty of storage in the rear for items you need, like luggage. The luggage racks on the top are great for when you are going on long trips and have a lot of baggage. The vehicle has a six cylinder engine that provides quite a bit of torque when needed. It has a special gear in the steering that allows it to get easier to drive ... (more)
Cons
The fuel mileage is not so great though it only gets about 19 miles per gallon on the highway. Repairs are very costly. The sun roof was replaced 2 times and leaking is a issue. The power window motors go out more than other vehicles I have owned. It's hard to find parts in a junk yard for these trucks.

This Jeep will not let you down. The 4.0 inline six engine will go and go and go. We bought this vehicle to go up and down a snowy mountain in the winter time as we live on a winding mountain road all the way at the top. It went where other vehicles would just not go. The 4wd is awesome and you don't have to worry about locking hubs or getting out of the vehicle to engage the 4wd. The interior is comfortable as well as the ride. I love having a vehicle that requires very little maintenance and can go just about anywhere you want to take it. Right now I have just over 200,000 miles on it and I think it will go for another 200,000 more. This has been one of my favorite vehicles to own.
Story
this past winter I went up my mountain in over 2 ft. of snow so I could plow back down. I had 4 chains on it and it made it all the way up, even I was amazed.
Pros
This jeep will go anywhere. It's comfortable even over rough terrain. The engine is very strong and the pickup you get out of that inline six is just incredible. This is one of the best off road all terrain vehicles you can buy.
Cons
I would like it to have a few less rattles. And the overall noise in the cab can be a bit high when you are on a longer trip. The interior is not cramped but it is also not really roomy. Being 6'5" it is a little tight in there but still comfortable.
