I have had my Eclipse Spider for about two years now. It has around 84,000 miles on it currently. I find the interior cheap, and the dashboard is starting to warp. It does not have any rust that I have found. The convertible is nice but bad at keeping temperature how I want it, and it creates a lack of visibility for the driver. The convertible is also very loud on the highway. I would not get this car again, and I am getting a better car after I am finished with college. It's impractical, and there isn't enough space to do anything. The seats are very uncomfortable and an aux is not included. However, it shifts smoothly, and the clutch feels nice.
Story
I enjoy driving the curvy roads near my town. It's a nice-driving road that's really fun with the car.
Pros
The sound quality of radio is nice. It has smooth shifts, and the engine seems well built. I haven't had any mechanical problems for two years. The color is a nice grey for exterior. Having the top down, there is visibility. It does need a wind guard or hair is blown everywhere. It has power and is better than average cars.
Cons
The styling of the interior and exterior is not my cup of tea. The exterior is quite bubbly. There is an awful blind spot. Limited space. Noisy on the highway. Traction control seems off. Faulty check engine light that all owners seem to have. Dashboard is cheap. Seats uncomfortable.
