2007 Pontiac G5 - Pontiac G-5 is a reliable little car

My Pontiac G-5 is a decent, little, sporty car. It has been very reliable. The car is a decent size for me and it runs smoothly and quietly. I absolutely love the sound system in it. It could be a little roomier inside but being that it's a sportier car, I understand why it's smaller.
Story
Four adults took my car to a concert. Immediately after, we left with all of our luggage and headed off for a 2000 mile drive to Florida. While there, my car got to drive along Daytona Beach....just like they used to race!
Pros
I like the fact that the vehicle has a sun roof. It also gets great gas mileage, which is super important. The car has never left me stranded. I am also very happy that it is a five speed vs an automatic. The car has wonderful pick up and torque. I'm very glad that it dings when I leave the lights on or the key's in the ignition and I also like that when I lock the car from the door lock (instead of the key fob) that it dings to make me aware. Sometimes I can be a little absent minded and these features are a great help!
Cons
I was not happy about the ignition switch recall on the vehicle. It took a long time to fix an important safety issue. Even though it was a major negative in my book, many other vehicles had the same recall so it was not specific to my car. Sometimes, the car does have some electrical issues. Every now and then I have to pull my high beam fuses because the headlights will not shut off at all. Then, a few days later, the problem fixes itself.

This car has done really well for me. It gets pretty good gas mileage for being a coupe and when you take the fully featured package you get a lot. I have an awesome sound system (with lifetime XM radio), heated, leather seats, and a sunroof. For only being a 4 cylinder, it has a lot of get up and go! It went smoothly up the west coast at 90 mph, and nice and easy at 30 in the mountains. At over 90k miles I've only put in about $500 in repairs - a new alternator and a strut needed tightening, that's it!
Story
One day, when driving a date to the movies, I flipped a very tight U-turn and squealed the tires and fish-tailed a bit (it was fun!) -- she didn't think so.
Pros
This car gets really good gas mileage for what it is. I'm usually sitting around 28-30mpg. Unlike some cars at higher speeds, I don't get any of the 'shake' when traveling highway speeds. The car came with lots of options to choose from that had a wide variety of 'luxury'.
Cons
There have been a number of factory recalls for parts in the car so it has had to go to the shop. I think the tires are a size bigger than on a lot of cars so they cost a bit more to replace. Non-automatic seats. I would love to have electric seats with custom settings, etc. I have had some issues with the steering wheel controls going out. Hitting the volume buttons sometimes has the opposite affect than I'm expecting.
