I have had my Grand Prix now for about six years, and it is one of the most reliable cars I have ever had. I enjoy traveling all over the states because it rides so smooth and plenty powerful to beat other cars off the line. The things I have had problems with most are sensors going out. Also the molding on the doors mildew and come off, which are not replaceable. The interior is still in great shape and everything else works wonderfully. I love the amount of space I have in the car and the large trunk. I do photography and am able to put my entire studio in the back including my lighting and all. I have my back drops on large tubes and am able to fit them through the trunk hatch. This works out well for me. I just wish the car would last forever, I am not sure if the newer Pontiacs ar... Story
Traveling to see new places and doing my photography. I have been to so many places in my car and love traveling in it. I have to say those are my best memories.
Pros
1. The room in the entire car. It does not look big but it has plenty of space. 2. The pick up and drive. 3. The smooth ride and how quiet it is. 4. I love that when you are doing high speeds it does not shake. It handles the speed. 5.I love the way it looks. 6. Great on gas.
Cons
1. Sensors going bad. 2. Paint wearing out. 3. Molding falling off.

Overall, this is a great little commuter car with good gas mileage and power.
Story
I was went on the Boise cruise and was able to show up some newer vehicles.
Pros
I get excellent gas mileage with this vehicle, so it is perfect for my daily work commute. It is very roomy with enough space for kids or a comfortable road trip. The trunk has a large amount of space, and I have fit a large tote in there while still being able to close it. There are many dashboard error lights to help keep vehicle working properly. My favorite feature is that the headlights sense the dark and turn on themselves and off when the key is turned off, so I never worry about draining the battery by leaving lights on. For a small vehicle, it has a surprising amount of get ... (more)
Cons
The back passenger window started just falling down. I'm told this is a common problem for this model. The ignition broke, so it can be difficult to get the key out. Along with that, sometimes the ignition sticks and makes that uncomfortable "lurching" noise. Sometimes the gas cuts out during quick acceleration, which can be dangerous. This is an older vehicle, so I've had to replace several parts which can be expensive. There are no auxiliary ports, and the technology is outdated. With the chips, even if something is fixed, you have to have the right tool to reset it.
