An oldie but a goodie.
Personally, I do love my car. It is my first car, and I paid for it myself. The car drives well. It's the perfect size to lug stuff around. It was very helpful when moving, I could fit about six giant boxes/tubs in the back with the back seats folded completely down. The car is pretty good on gas. I can normally fill up the tank for around approximately $25 dollars. The downside of owning a used car that is over ten years old is things are starting to go in it, and it isn't cheap. The car also is a loud ride, and personally, I don't mind it because I just turn my music up and enjoy. Also, added bonus, it has a sunroof!

Great little car
Overall, I really like this car. It has lasted me a very long time, I have over 200,000 miles on it, and it still runs really well without having to make any serious repairs. I think it looks nice and can carry a surprisingly large amount of cargo in its tiny frame. I think it is a pretty versatile car and has performed well in all types of weather. One dislike is that the miles per gallon could be better, but it is an older year and possibly some of the newer models have improved on that.

Great little commuting car.
I had never owned a Pontiac before this car, but because it is really a Toyota Matrix in a Pontiac suit I was willing to try it for commuting to school. I needed a hatchback with good mpg to go 30 miles up and down mountains 5 days a week, and this did the trick. Its 4 cylinders are a little less powerful than I wanted, but it's a plucky little car and has been super reliable. I purchased it used with 50k miles, and now it's up to 145k and still going strong. Last fall I drove it across the country, completely loaded, including a full Thule box on top and my 120 pound Akita in the back, and it didn't hesitate at all! It handled the heat of the Mojave desert just fine, and kept us cool through the Badlands.
