I really like my car. It looks sporty but is still very practical. It gets great gas mileage, so it is inexpensive to run. Toyotas are well built cars, and I would consider purchasing another Toyota product. I have had my car for three years and purchased it with only 40,000 miles on it for $5,000. I feel like I got an incredible deal and have had no problems with it. It is red, which is not my favorite car color, but the deal was too good to pass up.
Story
My red Toyota Celica looks like a sports car but it's not. It only has a v4 engine. I get waves and looks from all kinds of people. I especially love opening the sunroof, rolling down the windows, and turning on the radio on nice days. I have had offers from strangers in parking lots to purchase my car. I always turn them down. I'm not really a car person, but I love getting great gas mi... (more)
Pros
Great Gas mileage. Outstanding product. Fun to drive. Purchased with only 40,000 miles on it. Purchased for only $5,000. Holds its value, could sell for what I have in it. Great in-town car. Very cute, strangers ask me about my car all the time. Offers to purchase it. Toyota no longer makes this car. Mine is in great shape. With a smaller car, it heats up and cools down fast.
Cons
Only holds two people. Not great for long drives. Not much hauling room. There is a safety concern with a small car; don't drive it in the rain. The sunroof makes for a hotter car after it has sat out in the sun. Very small back seat. Vision somewhat impaired from design of car windows.

I like everything about this vehicle. It looks great, it runs great, it is mechanically sound, and it is very reliable. I have not had to put a bunch of money into it and I trust it completely. The only thing I dislike is that it is not good in the snow. I even bought snow tires for it and still I do not feel comfortable. Luckily we have 2 other vehicles to drive in the winter so it stays in the garage most of the time in the winter.
Story
I remember finding a coffee table and a 3 tier antique table at a local thrift store that I just had to have. So I bought them and dragged them out into the parking lot. It must have taken me 45 minutes to get them in the car! Good thing I had the sun roof because one of the legs of the table was sticking out of the sun roof! I had to share the picture with friends and family.
Pros
I love the way the car looks, there is a lot of room in the car and it handles great. It hugs the curves and picks up speed quickly. There is plenty of room when you lift the hatch. When I was single and went to Home Depot I never had an issue fitting items in the back.
Cons
The only negative thing is the way it handles in the snow. I am lucky I have other vehicles to drive now but when I first got the car I was single and had to drive in the snow and it was awful! I ended getting a ride in with a friend until she passed away and then I will call in or take half a day.
