Upon car shopping we looked for family sized SUV. We looked through all our options and came to our Acura RDX. The quality of the vehicle was almost as of a brand-new car. The fuel economy of the vehicle was comparable to other vehicle brands, but this vehicle in particular stuck out to us because of the color the shape the vehicle was in at the time. The vehicle is fully loaded with all the options and necessities that we were looking for. This is a practical vehicle for us with our son.
Story
When we first picked up the car in the day time, the color of the vehicle changed due to the greyish blue tint it had. It's grey at night and baby blue in the morning. We still love it though!
Pros
The pros of this vehicle are the comfort level of the seats in the front and back of the vehicle, very spacious and a lot of leg room. Gas mileage on the vehicle in long distance drives are really good and does not guzzle gas especially with the high prices. Car has navigation, which is a must when traveling on long trips to new adventures. The performance is great does not feel sluggish when accelerating and stopping is very responsive.
Cons
One of the most annoying things about this vehicle is it does not have dual climate control. This is a must for our next vehicle due to us having a child in the back, and it is very hard to control the temperature from just the front. A rear entertainment in the back of the vehicle would go a long ways in entertaining our kid on long drives.

2015 Acura RDX - The car itself is pretty good but, for my family size, I would need something bigger

I have the Acura RDX AWD in black with all black leather interior. I like shape of the car, and the trunk space is generous no problem fitting a big grocery run from Costco. I like the push start option, and the option to open the door by touch as long as I have my key fob in my bag. The gas mileage is decent I fill up once per week and I can use 89 gas or 85. Maneuverability is also decent, very effortless driving. I like that the seat and mirror positions are programmable. There are two separate settings that automatically adjust depending on which fob is used when unlocking the door. My husband sets his position and I set mine so, if I open the door with my fob, it automatically adjust seat and rear mirrors to the programmed setting, pretty cool.
Pros
The two most positive things for me are the programmable seats and mirrors. I really do not have to readjust after my husband drives. I also love the trunk space as I said above pretty decent. The heated mirrors are a plus for icy NE climates and the heated seats.
Cons
The only con for me was with the rear seats they were a bit too close to the front seats. My husband, who is 6'1", needs a lot of front leg room which then leaves basically no space for anyone to sit behind him. Also, I don't like that the anchor for the car seat. It's smack bang in the middle top of the car so when I look through the my rear view mirror I'm seeing a strap. I'm used to it now, but in the beginning it was bothersome.
