My Acura RSX Type-S is one of the best cars I've ever owned. It's small and 2 door which is the perfect size for me, but it's also a hatchback so when I put the back seats down there's a lot of room for cargo. The car has over 100,000 miles on it and it still drives well and everything feels tight. It's got a sporty OEM suspension which is great - I like feeling like my car hugs the road and is well able to take a fast corner. This car makes me feel confident that I can drive in just about any way I wish and it will respond perfectly. Although it's an Acura, it doesn't have a lot of luxury features, which I am very happy about. I dislike cars with tons of buttons and electronics everywhere.
Story
At one point, I transported about 20 boxes full of heavy books in this car. I had the backseat pushed down to fill up the entire cargo area and then I had the passenger seat filled with about 4 boxes as well. I was shocked at the amount of space that the car actually has.
Pros
My favorite features are the exterior design which is sporty, small, and even though it's 10 years old it still looks "in style". I also like the sporty suspension and the sportier engine that all come stock, right out of the factory. It allows me to feel like my car is a bit sporty without me needing to plop down extra money on engine and suspension upgrades.
Cons
There's not much that I don't like about this car, but if I could change one thing it would be the leather seats. I do NOT like leather seats and I feel like sporty cars should not have them because they make it too easy for your body to slide around if you're driving hard around corners. I also don't like the leather because it burns my legs in the summer and freezes my butt off in the winter. I would prefer a nice cloth seat.

The Acura RSX is an reliable, quick and great handling hatchback. It has a really nice modern, sporty look that a lot of cars in the same price range lack. It has a great handling and enough power to get you to your destination. I've driven this car for over a decade and I'm about to hit 200,000 miles. It's still going strong and the styling and aesthetics still seem up to date. The car is a pleasure to drive. I've used it as a commuter and on long road trips.
Story
On long road trips, I'd often sleep in the trunk with a pillow and blanket. When I fold the seats down, I can lie down comfortably. Saved me some money on a hotel.
Pros
The most positive aspect of the car has to be the ample trunk space. You can fold down the rear 2 seats and carry all of your belongings. I was able to fit 4 large suitcases and all of my groceries. During college, I used this car to move all of my belongings including several pieces of furniture. The trunk space is just a huge feature that has always accommodated my needs. Other features include power windows, stereo/CD player, and a moon roof. It's very comfortable in the driver seat as everything is adjustable such as the seat, steering wheel, etc. The RSX also has great gas mileage.
Cons
The most negative thing about the vehicle would actually be the rear passenger seats. It is pretty cramped back there for passengers as some have their heads hitting the top of the trunk lid. It's not very comfortable back there. The leather and cloth material on the ceiling has worn out and ripped/cracked. The durability on the interior seems to be sub-par.

Overall this is an excellent vehicle. I have never had any problems with maintenance in the seven years that I have owned the vehicle. It has a great look, smooth lines and fantastic feel to it. I got the model with a stick shift and love the power the car has, accelerating in and out of turns quite nicely. It has a lot smoother clutch than most other cars and is great for anyone learning how to drive on a stick. The only problem is driving in cities like San Francisco with lots of hills, but fortunately the car is compact enough to fit into just about any space. The car gets excellent gas mileage and while I only use premium I do think it adds the to the overall performance of the vehicle.
Story
We cut down our own Christmas tree last year and fit it in the back by laying the seats down. It smelled like Pine for about a week.
Pros
The car has a very large trunk space for a vehicle of it's size. The back seats even fold down to offer more space. This is extremely useful when we use the vehicle for snow boarding trips where we can fit our boards in the back or to bring home larger objects like a Christmas tree.
Cons
Since this vehicle is a two door it makes it a little difficult to get in the back seats. Also there is very little room in the back seats so the car is effectively a two seater. Another concern is be careful if you lower the car. The bottom will scrape on just about everything and I've had to replace the plastic pieces under neath the car towards the front.
