For my current vehicle I chose a used 2006 BMW 530i. This is my fourth BMW and by far the best one I have had so far! I would absolutely recommend BMW to anyone looking for a reasonably priced high quality vehicle. I get around 23 mpg in my BMW which is an upgrade from 12mpg in my previous car. The engines are build to last 300,000 and can easily go above and beyond that with routine maintenance and care. Some nice features I have are heated leather seats, heated steering wheel, Bluetooth phone connectivity, and rear wheel drive. I have a 2 year old daughter and a dog that are constantly in my car and the seats still look almost new. Excellent quality, build to last car. I often go fishing a lot, and the middle back seat folds down with a compartment that opens to be able to store long... (more)
Story

I own several BMW's of various makes and models, and the older ones still hold up. This car is fast, comfortable and has been very kind to me overall in terms of maintenance. It is a BMW so it can have its problems, but they are minimal and well worth it.
Story
I went to a friend's birthday out of town and made the drive across highway 5 to get there. It was memorable because it was one of the longest drives I had taken with my new girlfriend at the time, and she is now my wife.
Pros
I like that this car has tight steering and makes you feel stuck to the road. I have a 7-series as well that is fairly new, and it feels just as grounded as this vehicle does. It just goes where you point it, and at no point do you have to worry.
Cons
It can be a bit bad in terms of gas mileage, but look what kind of car it is!
