The 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt is a four door sedan of great value. The car is economical in terms of gas. I like how a tank of gas is able to last the entire week. The car overall was purchased at a decent price at the time of purchased and no major mechanical problems have arisen since purchased. Overall, it was a good purchased.
Story
A memorable story using this vehicle was when I used the car to drive with some friends to the beach.
Pros
The best part of the car is the cost when it comes to maintaining it. Apart from its regular oil change and scheduled maintenance, it is an affordable fix. Fuel mileage is decent in terms of the model year. The trunk is quite spacious; not much difficulty in having to figure ways to fit in items. Engine does not make too noise.
Cons
However, the 2006 Cobalt does have some drawbacks. The battery is located in the back of the trunk. This is somewhat inconvenient for when the battery needed replacement. The car needed to be manually pushed to face be able to have the jump cables reach. Also, the wiper blades are not the best. There are always streaks on the window regardless of which brand is installed. Also, the stereo is not of the best quality. Sometimes just static is heard when the radio is turned on. Also, the car should have been electric instead of manual for easier operation.

2005 Chevrolet Cobalt - The worst car ever.

I drive a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt. The outside is gold in color and looks fairly good. There is only minor wear and tear on it. The inside looks just like you would expect an older car to look like. The windows are manual, and it has a cassette player in it. The locks, which are also manual, only work in the front. The backseat locks are missing. The A/C works, but the smell that comes when it's on is horrid. (Yes, the filter has been changed.) I do have to change my oil every other month. Surprisingly, the engine is in good condition. There is not one thing wrong with it mechanically.
Story
My husband and I like to go to the drive-in on weekends. I feel like the old car fits with the feel of a drive-in movie theater. Sometimes we sit in the car. Other times, since it's an old car and the appearance doesn't matter to us, we sit on the hood of the car and lean against the windshield.
Pros
Mechanically sound. Drivable. Paid off.
Cons
Clicking sound when you turn car on. Ugly. Manual everything (locks, windows).

They were timely with assistance and responsive when we asked questions. We used my spouse's company benefits program when purchasing and they made the process very smooth.
