Fantastic rotary engine.
My speed6 is an awesome sedan. I have the grand touring edition which really shines on the interior trim & rims. I bought it for the manual zip that it has along with fantastic gas mileage, 19/25 mpg is very decent in my opinion. The suspension is also top class, my child in booster seat hardly ever wakes up if I'm unfortunate enough to hit a pothole. I really like 6 speeds, so anything with a 5 speed tranny just wouldn't do (again with the gas mileage). All wheel drive is also a must-have in Ohio, can get a little hairy on the outer belt highways.

Quick, AWD. Turbo
The car handles great! I have put work into the car naturally. It has AWD which is really helpful when the weather changes, overall it makes the car handle great in any condition. The looks of the car are great, its way more bulgier compared to the standard 6. Another thing about this car is that it was only made for two years 2006-2007

Money pit
I have owned this vehicle since 2009, and am the 2nd owner. I bought the car with 23,000 miles on the odometer. It now has over 86,000 miles. All together it has worked the way it should have about 10% of the time. While it was still under Mazda full coverage warranty, up to 36,000 miles, the vehicle went through an engine, and transmission, as well as a few rear cv axles. After they were all replaced, I assumed it must have been because the previous owner hadn't treated the car well, and it would be better. Since Mazda replaced most of the car under warranty, I've gone through an additional engine, transmission, and power transfer case. It has never been raced or abused while I've owned it, and I've been meticulous in its maintenance and upkeep. Despite this, it has given my problem after problem. I had to refinance my loan twice to pay for the 2nd engine and 2nd transmission. It now has an unknown problem that is causing a terrible noise when accelerating, so I cannot sell it for what I owe.
