Even though it is not the most stylish vehicle and definitely not what I was dreaming of as a teenager, it has been pretty dependable. I have only had minor issues mechanically with the vehicle and it gets very good gas mileage. I love the comfortable seats and the orange color of the radio and speedometer light and how I am able to adjust the brightness.
Historia
My friends and I used to pile up in my vehicle an ride to the basketball games at the college a few towns over. Blasting music with the windows down.
A Favor
It has been a durable vehicle for the most part. I have 165,000 miles on it and it is still going good! Love the interior for the most part.
En Contra
I have had to replace the water pump and it was not very easy to get too. Also, wish there was an aux cord, sunroof would be nice also.

2005 Pontiac Grand Prix - It's only okay.

Overall, the car is a decent one. I bought it for 5 grand cash and it had around 80,000 miles on it. The car is only used for winter months so the amount of wear and tear on it is nuts to me. I have replaced the transmission and the power steering pressure hose. Every Grand Prix I've had has also had the radio screen go out. The car drives well in snow, which is super important considering I live in Wisconsin. It's also a large car. We can comfortably use it for hours long drives. The back seat is also large enough for a nap. The fabric inside is just a plain grey one. Which gets dirty pretty quick, especially considering there's two teenagers who use the car. It gets a pretty standard 21 miles per gallon on gas, which is pretty good. It only needs to get filled up about once a week. T... (more)

We drove up to my grandmas house and I had a great nap while we were on 43 north.
A Favor
The work on the car is pretty straightforward. The parts are also decently priced, which is important to me. The trunk space is pretty good, it easily holds groceries for 3 people for 2 weeks. It also holds coolers and baseball gear, with multiple bats and a full bag. The car runs well when you keep up on the oil changes and transmission fluid changes. Most typical repairs are easy to do, they don't take too long or too much effort. It easily holds stuff for a road trip. The back seat is long and comfortable enough to take a nap. My 6'5 brother is comfortable in the car. It rides pretty we... (more)
En Contra
Repairing anything under the hood is a pain. Recently, the power steering pressure hose went out. We went to different auto parts stores in the area, the part wasn't readily available, or at least the cheaper option wasn't. Online I can buy it from different stores and have it shipped for roughly $40 but in store I spent close to $70 for the same hose. When we took it home and tried to put it on, it took hours to maneuver it to where it is supposed to be because we had to take it out twice to bend it more as the new part was shaped the same as the one we had removed. You have to figure out... (more)
