The car that I own is a 2007 silver Honda fit with 110,897 miles on it. The things that I liked about the car is the gas mileage I got in it. The car got around 34-36 in town and 36-40 on the highway. I never had any problems with the car except the clutch on the air compressor rusting out and causing the air not to work at all. I like how much room the car had on the inside compared to how small it looked on the outside. I like that the car was a manual five speed and that I had this option with purchase. I liked that this car has a auxiliary outlet so I can plug in my IPod or phone. The things that I disliked about the car is the overall look of the car it is ugly. I also did not like that the car has a little over a hundred horsepower and could not get up and go when I needed to pa... (more)
Story
The time we traveled from Pennsylvania to California on a road trip. We had many great memories.
Pros
My favorite features is the five speed manual. The auxiliary outlet for phones and IPods. The car gets magnificent gas mileage as stated above.
Cons
The car seems to be rusting underneath including the cat back exhaust and the compressor clutch. The lights burn out frequently. The car has no horsepower.

I could not be happier with my Honda Fit. I purchased it with cash after my old car flooded (bye Chevy! Never again!) and I've had it for eight months now. Owning my Fit has put into perspective just how unreliable my Chevy Aveo was, even though my Fit is two years older and has 20,000 more miles on it. Growing up in Detroit, it was blasphemous to own a foreign car. Thanks to my Honda Fit, I am sold! Honda only for me!
Story
A few weeks ago my coworker and I were hanging out in the employee parking lot after work. He was leaning up against my car as we talked, and his motorcycle helmet flew off of the roof of my car and flew across the employee lot. I grabbed his helmet and put it in my front seat, which got his attention. The conversation switched to how roomy my car was, and I casually mentioned that I partly bo... (more)
Pros
Super reliable. Great gas mileage. Great stock stereo system. Easy to find parts. Ridiculously roomy interior. Comfortable seating. Great acceleration. Timing chain instead of timing belt; no interference engine worries! Old school auto trans instead of newer (possibly unreliable down the road) CVT technology.
Cons
Braking system took some getting used to. Stops take longer, braking feels jerkier, and there is some kind of an engine braking system built in where I cannot freely coast with my foot off the gas. I was so concerned that I had my brake system inspected, to which my tech said I had nothing to worry about. Engine is super cramped, even for a hatchback. Have fun replacing your headlights through your wheel wells, or having to reach under the engine to check your trans fluid, or not being able to check your coolant level just by opening the hood. Dummy temp light on the dash; I prefer gauges.
