2013 Honda Fit OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS

The Honda Fit is the best!
My Honda Fit is a pleasure to drive every single day. I bought it at auction about a year ago and I have not been disappointed. It is a fun and good car. I mainly drive in the city and it is perfect for zipping around town on errands. I feel I am saving money on gas and that is also good for the environment. I walk my son's dog every day and she also loves the Fit and she is a big girl. She weighs 60 pounds and loves to sit in the front seat. If we go for a walk and no ride first she is disappointed and will stop by the car when we pass the Fit parked on the street. When I took the car for inspection the owner said, 'Oh you have a Fit, this will be easy and quick." The only thing it needed was new brakes. It is well built and dependable. The dashboard is great as is the radio. I have the basic model so don't have many flashy features which is ok with me. Even though mine is an older model it seems very stylish compared to other cars. I would definitely recommend the Fit to anyone wanting a economical car that doesn't require a lot of maintenance.

Does everything you need, and then some!
I really like that it has good gas mileage. I believe I average about 35 miles per gallon and don't have to fill up as often as I did with other vehicles. The addition of the gas meter is a helpful addition to keep peak performance high! I have never been in an accident with it, but I do feel safe while driving. It's solid when driving and isn't top heavy. The only things I really don't like about it is the smaller tank, the fact that it is almost too light(weight), and the sheer amount of road noise I've encountered when driving. Quality wise it seems well built, and hasn't had anything break or malfunction on me yet (knock on wood)! The steering is really responsive and I've never felt like I was going to lose control, especially at times in which I have had to swerve around objects in the road, such as a hit deer or a fallen mound of hay off the back of a truck. The braking system works really well and the traction control system is really nice on gravel roads and in slick (wet) or icy conditions. This Fit has served me well in many areas and is my go to vehicle!

Honda Fit Sport is fun and practical!
I bought a 2013 Honda Fit Sport used with 14,800 miles on it. It was Honda Certified, so I knew Honda would have my back with an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty and powertrain warranty. Not that I'd probably need it, since this car is legendarily reliable. Now, it certainly isn't the fastest car, with a 1.4L VTEC engine putting out 118 ponies, but it sure is fun to drive! The handling is a dream, hugging to corners on the highway and letting you rip through city streets. The leather steering wheel, which is an upgrade from the Fit Base model, is comfortable and offers stereo controls. Acceleration can be sluggish, though it has no problem getting up to speeds of 70 miles per hour. After that, it takes some time and finessing to get to higher speeds. I got it up to 100 MPH on the highway, and the car remained stable and responsive! It's impressive cargo space is it's most popular feature. The back seats have a Magic Seats feature; they fold down to increase cargo room. You can fit a ton of luggage, a bicycle, even skis in the back! One downside is the braking. The front brakes have rotors, while the rears struggle with their drums. The stereo has an AUX input, CD player, AM/FM radio, and puts out tunes through six speakers for 160 watts total. I also recommend the Sport over the Base as it adds a cool body kit, spoiler, alloy wheels, USB audio input, upgraded seat fabric, and fog lights. This was the last model year that Honda used an automatic transmission that is not a Continuously Variable transmission. Buy this classic model while you still can! It's expensive due to its high reliability and resale value.
