Performance of the vehicle is surprisingly good. It can accommodate my needs to go 0-60 within an adequate time and so far at 70,000 miles, the engine is still as great as the same as the day I bought it. As for practicality, the room inside the FIT with all the back seats folded downwards, is extremely spacious. It's incredible of how much stuff you can store in such a small hatch. The space is wide enough that I was able to deliver flowers for work with the Honda Fit when the cargo van I was using broke down. In addition, I only had to use the Honda Fit once when moving from my apartment to another place since I was able to fit everything I had into that small car. Story
Decided to go camping with a couple of close friends. Turns out, one the essentials things you need to go camping is a tent, especially when it's raining out. Turns out, we brought everything else BUT a tent. The top favorites for the Honda Fit are the spacious interior, fuel efficiency, and the adequate fulfillment of going 0-60.
Cons
There aren't many negative things I can say about the vehicle considering the price. The only complaint that I can think of is the rigidness of the car. If you're looking for a more comfortable ride, this isn't it. You can essentially feel every bump along the road but over time you become immune to the sensation.

This is a great car and I love it! The room in the back with the seats folded down is amazing, and with the seats up, the rear seat passenger room is great. The gas mileage is also terrific. I always get 41 to 45. Have never got below 41! My only complaints are the floor covering is very cheap crap and 6th gear should be higher. The engine is doing too many RPM's at highway speed. Highly recommend it!
Story
I've been driving Honda cars since 1977 -- and the Fit is truly disappointing. The locks on the car doors and the hatchback are now jamming, so we can't open them; the rear shocks are failing; and there is a terrible odor coming from the heater that the dealer won't fix. STAY AWAY FROM THE HONDA FIT.
Pros
Unmatched small car versatility thanks to unique rear seat design; quick acceleration; high fuel economy; spacious seating and cargo area; excellent visibility.
Cons
Sedan version isn't offered; touchscreen interface can be frustrating to use.
