I have so far been overly happy with the Tucson. I was at first concerned for the small size of the trunk, but once I ditched the giant stroller, it's perfect for my current needs. With a sleek black leather interior and equipped with heated seats, it really gives you a luxurious feel. When you pop it into slap shift, you can enjoy the benefits of shifting manually without the drag of a clutch and all the pleasures of a six speed. Gas mileage is a worry of the past with push button ECO mode. I notice very little loss of power, which is pretty impressive. Although it looks small on the inside, it is very roomy being able to fit length wise my 6'4" from with ease and even a few tall friends in the back. With a two year old in tow with me regularly getting in and out of the car seat witho... (more)
Story
Driving to Lake George for work which is about three hours away, I was bored so I put it into slap shift on the highway. When I got to speed and hit 5th gear, I looked down and thought, let me just hit this one more time for fun. BOOM! 6th gear! I had no idea! I thought it was the coolest thing as I've never owned a vehicle that needed a 6th gear!
Pros
Heated seats, adequate sound system, roomy interior, six-speed slap shift transmission, and eco mode.
Cons
Small trunk

I am very fond of my car. It was my first car, and it meant everything to me. I saved up for a while to get a car and did a lot of research. It was in my budget so I could afford it easily. It really is a part of me.
Story
I was able to stuff my whole apartment into it when I moved into my first real apartment. I was living in a student college apartment, so I rented all the furniture so I had nothing big to carry. I was surprised, but I was seriously able to pack my whole life away.
Pros
It holds up great in tough terrain. Living in a climate with weather that's all over the place it holds up. I attribute it to my adulthood and getting started on the right foot. It holds a lot of people comfortably and easily stores a lot, which is great for moving. I've been able to do a lot with it and take it far.
Cons
Since it was used it required a lot of fixes. It ended up being pricey to fix at times. I feel like when I bought it, I should have done more research. The dealership didn't tell me everything. It is also phasing out, so harder to get parts.

It was okay. They were very friendly, but I could feel they were trying to screw us because we are women.
