I really like my Kia. There are however a few things that I don't like about it. It is a reliable car that has not given me any problems in over six years. I feel like I am safe on the road. The car has plenty of pick up and go, and also brakes well. One draw back is lack of features. Maybe I should have paid more for a better model. I would recommend this car to a friend. I have had a few cosmetic issues that were easily fixed. I have learned on lesson in buying a car and that is to spend the extra money on upgrades. I did not spend a lot of money on upgrades for this car and I really regret that now. The car is comfortable for normal rides, but the seats become uncomfortable on long rides. The cars has good gas mileage. The warranty that came with the car is really good. Going to the... (more)
Story
First time I drove the car to my moms for Christmas with two kittens in the back crying the whole way.
Pros
The vehicle is fast, but also has the ability to slow down at a good speed. I have never had a serious mechanical issue with the car in over six years. The car came with a great warranty. I have not had any serious issues with the paint on the car. The interior is easy enough to keep clean. The car has a good size trunk, large enough to hold several suitcases.
Cons
I have had some minor issues with the trim around the windshield of the car. I wish the seats were more comfortable. I also would have liked more leg room. I wish I had more features in the car.

My vehicle is a silver, 2009 Kia Optima. We bought it new, because it was less expensive than other cars, and it's a very sharp-looking car. It looked more expensive than it was. It's a four cylinder, so it's great on gas mileage. It drives really well in the snow. The interior is black and has a luxury look and feel to it. It's a classy looking car that is perfect for a family of four or five as there is a lot of room to sit comfortably in the back seat. The rearview mirror is awesome, because it changes automatically for night vision. There is a digital compass inside the mirror that is a little "James Bond" looking to me, lol. The back seat folds down, which is convenient for hauling things like two by fours or bikes, if you need to. There is a console that folds down in the center ... (more)
Story
Driving to Comic Con in it with a six foot two and a six foot four son in the back seat and one of their wives in the middle of them, but they fit!! Lol
Pros
The pros to the 2009 Kia Optima are many. It's priced better than most cars for the amount of luxury you get. We haven't had to make any repairs on it since we bought it new. The back seat has room enough for three adults. It's a classy looking car yet sporty with the dual-side mirrors. Great gas mileage. Nice stereo sound with inputs to hook up your phone.
Cons
No Bluetooth. No video screen to back up. No built-in navigational system.
