The Kia Rondo I own has been nothing but problems for quite some time now. Everything from the air conditioning, transmission, and more have needed to be repaired. All conveniently right after the 100,000 mile warranty ended might I add. The interior had many nice features but after 140,000 many things have started to break. The durability of the car is just not there. It was an excellent first car for me as a 16 year old. Decent enough gas mileage and plenty of room for all my friends made this a great car for a while. However after replacing my spark plugs, O2 sensors twice, fuel injectors twice, transmission, air conditioner, and more all in the time between 100,000 and 140,000 miles the appeal of the car is long gone. It does have a good stereo system with a 6 cd changer however it... (more)

This has been one of the best cars I have ever owned. I have driven this car for five years, and I'm still in love with it to this day. I purchased the car used with 60,000 miles on it, and we are almost to 200,000 miles. I haven't had to dump a lot of money into the car - just normal wear and tear repairs. It is large enough to pack enough supplies to camp in Colorado for a week with my family and our two dogs. There are a lot of windows and no blind spots which is huge when driving across country with my family.
Story
We named this car Bessy and always talk about all the adventures we take her on. She really is part of the family and will be missed when we have to get a different vehicle. She has been on many road trips to different concerts, vacations, camping trips etc. Life wouldn't be the same without Bessy carting us around to all our destinations.
Pros
There is plenty of room. I can fold the entire backseat flat to haul or move larger items. This also allows room for my dogs to be comfortable when traveling in the car as well. There are lots of cup holders - one in each door and a set in the front and a set in the back to accommodate all passengers. It has a V6 engine so the get up and go is huge. No performance issues at all.
Cons
The gas mileage isn't great since it is a V6, but it's still acceptable especially when travelling on the highway.

The car gets decent gas mileage. It has 3 rows of seat compacted into a car. While this is nice, it doesn't give much leg room. It also means my car seat is a tight squeeze with someone in the passenger seat. Also it is slightly difficult to get someone in and out of the third row of seats. You have to fold down the second row and put it back up, then do it all over again so they can get out. The back two rows of seats fold down as to make a pretty big trunk. I moved from state to state with this car. I've driven from North Carolina to Missouri and back. I've also driven from North Carolina to New Jersey and back. I didn't have any issues with either trip. It also drives rather smooth on the road. The cruise control on the car is nice. It has blinkers on the side mirrors for extra safe... (more)
Story
A police officer pulled me over for slightly speeding. He let me off with a warning and told me to slow down because "there weren't any zombies around here". My car had a magnet that said "I speed up to run over zombies". It made him laugh which saved me from a ticket.
Pros
Spacious vehicle with seats folded down Good gas mileage Extra safety features Air/heating vents in front and middle
Cons
Not enough leg room Difficult to get in and out of the 3rd row Car seats are a tight fit.
