The Lexus CT200h I received was Matador Red. It was purchased in 2012 as a second car, one that can get to and from work without an issue. The car has many great features, but many things that need/needed fixing. The car is horrible in almost all weather, the car has horrible tires and does not grip the ground very well. Besides the weather complaint, I have never had another problem with the car. Lexus is a great brand and they did a great job getting the car 45MPG. It is a very fun car to drive, and has sport, eco and normal mode. It is very fun to drive in both normal and sport mode, the eco mode, as you can infer is very boring. The car is quite quick for a hybrid, faster than I could have imagined before purchasing it. The car has a roomy interior, and made with some of the best p... (more)

The only story I have is road tripping to Canada to get my new born pup.
Pros
The Lexus CT200h is a very nice looking, and nice feeling car. The car itself feels very stable and looks to be made out of the best possible materials that Lexus could get its hands on. The sound system is amazing, and the leather feels like it should be in a car worth five times its price. The car is very fun to drive, even with a little 1.8 Liter four cylinder hybrid engine. When you put on sport mode, you go very fast pretty quickly even though it is a four-cylinder hybrid. It is a very safe car, even though it is quite small. The gas mileage is second to none, I average about 40 MPG, ... (more)
Cons
The car does not have that many downsides, but there are a few of them. The first downside, is how poorly the car operates in any inclement weather. The car does not do very well in rain, and certainly does not do well in snow. I'm not sure whether it has to deal with the wheels, or whether the car's suspension is just that bad. The car slips and spins every time you push on the gas, in any weather condition besides perfect weather. If you push the breaks down all the way, you will start to skid. You need to perfect the breaking so you do get involved in an accident. Another thing about th... (more)

I own a 2014 Lexus CT which replaced my 2012 Lexus CT. I was looking for a car that got great mileage but had some style and this fit my needs. I had considered the Prius but it was not very appealing to me. Plus once I added all the upgrades the price was not too far off. Lexus also gives a longer warrantee on the car. I really like the look of the car as there is nothing else on the road like it. The dashboard is tight at very functional. I am a short person and I like the tight feel of the dash and cabin so it works well for me. My first CT was a gold yellow color and I did get lots of looks, my new one is black is very sleek looking. The car is so quiet to drive because it is a hybrid. This took me some getting used to. It handles well but does sit low to the ground. Other than reg... (more)

Pros
The gas mileage is fantastic - averages 40 MPG Fun to look at Drive smoothly and with no road noise Love the dashboard and interior styling All seats fold down so a good amount of room for moving things
Cons
Little leg room in back Sits low to the ground which may not be for everyone Small trunk A bit pricey

The car overall is a little over a year old but it still runs like the day I got it. Performance is still great. The build is very well made. After driving it over rough terrain, I still have not heard a rattle or had any problems with either the outside or inside of the car. The interior is very luxurious and still continues to hold well after a year. I opted out of the navigation package but the stereo works just as well.

I went camping with my Lexus for the weekend with a couple of my good friends. The day we got there, it was pouring rain so we couldn't set up the tent without it getting all wet so we decided to sleep in the back of my car while storing the gear in another area. It was unusual at first but it turned out to be a pretty good time.
Pros
A few of the things I love about my Lexus is how comfortable it can be over long drives. Its a hatch so I am able to fold down the seats for more space for things such as camping gear. What I also love is the MPG rating for such a car. I originally thought I would have to spend more than I had to but surprising I haven't.
Cons
There weren't a lot of negative things I could find about my Lexus. The shifter was a bit unusual to get used to but you get the hang of it eventually. The oil change for the car was a little bit more pricier than I had imagined it to be but still worth it overall. Lastly, the bulb on the left side of my headlights shot out about 7 months in (not sure why) but the cost of replacing a bulb was unexpectedly high. Just make sure you know the maintenance cost before purchasing.
