The Lexus CT200h I received was Matador Red. It was purchased in 2012 as a second car, one that can get to and from work without an issue. The car has many great features, but many things that need/needed fixing. The car is horrible in almost all weather, the car has horrible tires and does not grip the ground very well. Besides the weather complaint, I have never had another problem with the car. Lexus is a great brand and they did a great job getting the car 45MPG. It is a very fun car to drive, and has sport, eco and normal mode. It is very fun to drive in both normal and sport mode, the eco mode, as you can infer is very boring. The car is quite quick for a hybrid, faster than I could have imagined before purchasing it. The car has a roomy interior, and made with some of the best p... (more)

The only story I have is road tripping to Canada to get my new born pup.
Pros
The Lexus CT200h is a very nice looking, and nice feeling car. The car itself feels very stable and looks to be made out of the best possible materials that Lexus could get its hands on. The sound system is amazing, and the leather feels like it should be in a car worth five times its price. The car is very fun to drive, even with a little 1.8 Liter four cylinder hybrid engine. When you put on sport mode, you go very fast pretty quickly even though it is a four-cylinder hybrid. It is a very safe car, even though it is quite small. The gas mileage is second to none, I average about 40 MPG, ... (more)
Cons
The car does not have that many downsides, but there are a few of them. The first downside, is how poorly the car operates in any inclement weather. The car does not do very well in rain, and certainly does not do well in snow. I'm not sure whether it has to deal with the wheels, or whether the car's suspension is just that bad. The car slips and spins every time you push on the gas, in any weather condition besides perfect weather. If you push the breaks down all the way, you will start to skid. You need to perfect the breaking so you do get involved in an accident. Another thing about th... (more)

From the first moment, I loved the shape of the vehicle. It's sporty, coupe-like exterior drew me in, and the logo only made me more sure of the value of my purchase. I have owned this car for two years now, from 45,000 miles to 90,000. I have driven across states with it and in town. It has never broken down, never made a funny noise, and has never been short of reliable. In the city, the car easily gets at least 40mpg. On the freeway, usually closer to 35mpg. Either way, I generally get 375 miles out of 8.5 gallons (out of a 12-gallon tank), which has never cost me more than $25 to refill. I never fear the prices at the gas station with this vehicle: it's a luxury hybrid that doesn't require premium grade fuel. The only thing I dislike about this car is the size. It is very small--tw... (more)
Story
When I first got the car, I didn't know how quiet electric engines were. So, as I pulled into my garage, all of a sudden, my car started making a sound that you would expect to come from a UFO! It was almost like a little tune, if you will. Everybody was confused, and we thought maybe the car was malfunctioning, but we were wrong! When going slowly and using the electric engine, the car plays ... (more)
Pros
My favorite thing regarding the vehicle, besides the reliability that comes with the "Toyota" Brand, is the economical features. With three modes you can switch the car into any time (sports, eco, and normal), the motor shifts to be more "eco" friendly or drive more "sporty." With sport mode, the car is definitely looser and accelerates more quickly. Under eco mode, the car is stiffer and accelerates more slowly. The interior of the car feels sporty, with a stitched leather steering wheel and leather seats all around. The color of my vehicle is metallic gray, and the black leather seats co... (more)
Cons
This vehicle does not accelerate at the speed of a petroleum vehicle. Should it, since the electric motor theoretically has more torque? Yes. But unless you're in sports mode, it does not. I assume this is what keeps the car in a more economic state, but never the less, it is an adjustment. Keep this in mind when accelerating onto freeways.

What I like about this car is that it is both safe and stylish. It is an excellent vehicle that is large, which is primarily what I wanted. A Large car means safer, and it also means more room for transporting stuff which is good if you like to shop. It also means I can drive my family around very easily.
Story
One story was when I had tint on my windows and I would notice how many people would try to watch my car and would try to pay attention to me, vs many other people who just kind of ignored me.
Pros
The pros are that it is safe and large. By being a large car, you just feel better when you're driving it and on the road, like you feel confident and powerful. The other luxuries I looked at were all quite small and made you feel like a small bug on the road, but not this. The other pro is just the general comfort and feel, as well as the safety.
Cons
The cons to the vehicle is the fuel mileage. As a bigger car it uses up more gas, and that can be bit expensive. But its a luxury car so I think this comes with the territory.
