The leather interior of the car is of good quality and has no signs of wearing or deterioration like in many vehicles. There is ample trunk space for storing groceries and even a kid's bike or two.
Story
As we were driving down the interstate, the side-view mirror fell off causing us to be scared that we had hit something but then laugh as we realized we weren't in any immediate danger and the mirror was still attached by a cord.
Pros
This car has great gas mileage and drives smoothly. The storage in this car is good as well. The storage in the dash helps provide easy access to your phone so that it doesn't have to sit in a cup holder. Kids and adults have plenty of leg room in the back seat. The design of the engine and the location of specific mechanical parts makes it easy for a "do it your self" person to work on this car.
Cons
The steering requires a wide berth when backing out or pulling into a space. There are only two usable cup holders unless you are using a small cup which will fit into the passenger and driver side doors. It also has a mechanical issue with the ball and joint on the driver side which is common in this type of car and its sister, the Ford Fusion. There is only room for two infant/toddler car seats as the middle section is unusable due to the small hump it makes.

2006 Mercury Milan - I love this car, best I have ever had. Beautiful exterior and interior.

When I bought this car it had a 157,000 miles on it. It was well maintained by original owner. I get 30 miles to the gallon. The car drives very smooth, and handles well. The exterior is white, interior is brown and beige leather. Chrome wheels, beautiful car. I have gotten many comments on this car, told it looks brand new. The engine is very quiet, no noise at all from engine. The stereo is outstanding, great sound. It has a six disk CD player. Lots of room in back seats for my family. Plenty of leg room in front and back. Very large trunk space; I have moved a lot of boxes for my daughter when she moved from Gatlinburg, TN. The only problem I have with the car is the chrome wheels - they are beautiful but hard to clean between the grooves. This car is great and I am very happy with it.
Story
The next day after purchasing this car, I went to visit my daughter in Gatlinburg Tn. She just loved my car, we rode up the mountains no problems. We have a lovely visit and went out to eat every night.
Pros
The top positive things are the great mileage, beautiful leather seats, stereo system, very attractive body, and chrome wheels. Favorite features, cruise control, remote key entry, beautiful dash lights up well.
Cons
Only one thing, chrome wheels are hard to keep clean.
