My car is very reliable for what I need it to do. I have it on my college campus, and it gets me from point A to point B very efficiently. It's good looking, too. It's a nice silver color, and has tan fabric interior. I bought the car used in 2013, but it only had 7,000 miles on it. However, it has paint and upholstery damage from being out in the Florida sun for years.
Story
I had this car with me in Orlando when I worked at Walt Disney World. When I moved out, I drove my roommate to the airport. We had to cram each of our worldly belongings in this car. Considering we had a lot of stuff, we did pretty well. I just remember that we hadn't budgeted our time well. We were cramming everything in the car while it was pouring rain. We had so much stuff, that I had stuf... (more)
Pros
It has great gas mileage. It has a sleek outer look. Has a large amount of trunk space for a regular sized sedan. Steering is great! I have a lot more control of the steering than in any other vehicle I've driven.
Cons
There is an analog clock on the dash, instead of digital. This takes longer to tell the time, which is dangerous when needing to focus on the actual driving. The info screen behind the wheel doesn't show temperature/direction/etc. I wish it was more descriptive there.

2007 Mercury Milan - Great car, but not being made anymore. Try Fusion.

I purchased this car new. The Milan Premier model was a beautiful design invoking an Italian auto body style. It was a twin of the ford fusion. The Milan is not made any more since Mercury was discontinued as a division. The vehicle is very roomy. It has large comfortable seating and compared to the Fusion at the time I believe was a more affluent feel. I got a two tone color interior making it even more attractive. It is a six cylinder with plenty of power , interior space and trunk space. The car rides very well on both highways and local roads. Given Ford car evolutions I would certainly try a fusion. The Milan is still running great with 135,000 miles on it both highway and local.
Story
When we were redoing our house we purchased wood flooring and had to constantly load the car back and forth for the boxes from the store. It carried a lot and we had flooring in the trunk, back seat and upright through the sunroof.
Pros
Body design were beautiful. The Premier Model had a two tone interior brown/beige that was very attractive. It has a spacious interior. It rides well on highways and local roads. It has a large trunk. Sight lines are excellent throughout. The seating is very comfortable.
Cons
Ford has discontinued the Mercury line. It is getting some rust areas around the wheel wells. Gas mileage is not very high but comparable to its size. The sunroof seems to be having some slight deviation on closing although not leaking it appears to be needing adjustments.
