2010 Toyota Yaris - Dependable and durable.
I have been driving a 2010 Toyota Yaris 4 Door Sedan for the past 3 years and I have really come to love the dependability of this unique car. It has about 130,000 miles and it still runs great, no rattles, no vibrations. It runs just as well as when I first bought it. It is also a rather cheap car, with the stock manufacturing price being only around $17,000 it is a great bang for your buck. Especially on long road trips, this vehicle on the interstate can surpass well over 40 miles per gallon. If you want a car that will last well over 300,000 miles on the engine, you can count on this vehicle. It has all the basic bells and whistles expected in modern vehicles, including full automatic windows, cruise-control and a great sound system.
Story
A fun memorable moment was when I drove 5000 miles to and from Vermont to get married with my wife and three small dogs in the car.
Pros
Some aspects of this vehicle that are particularly positive include the long engine life and dependability over the long term. This vehicle is highly dependable as long as you engage in regular vehicle maintenance. Overall a great car for the price.
Cons
One thing in particular about this vehicle that isn't necessarily a con, but more of an attribute you know of the car before you buy it. It is rather small for a four door. For example, the maximum weight limits of the car is about 600 pounds. So if you have four people, 200 pounds each, the car will definitely show performance issues and will bottom out in some places.
2012 Toyota Yaris - Good car
I like how fuel efficient the car is, I average about 38 MPG city and highway combined. It's a good get-around car for two people. We can fit camping gear and bikes or skis no problem. It would be too small to take four people camping but, fewer than that, it works great. It accelerates pretty slowly, but that's to be expected in a sub-compact with the HP it has.
Story
Driving it up to Dillon, CO in two feet of fresh powder. That was quite the experience, but we made it and won't ever try that again.
Pros
I like the MPG and the space it has for the size it is. I have the hatchback and we can easily fit camping gear for two people for several days in the back. It also handles the snow pretty well for a front wheel drive. It's a good vehicle for the price point and very reliable.
Cons
The clearance is pretty low so not great for going off road or getting through a lot of snow in the winter. It is also very small so it tracks grooved cement on the highway if that is how the highway is made, this makes you feel a bit out of control when driving at high speeds. Acceleration is pretty slow if you care about that, if not, then it isn't a problem.

2015 Toyota Tacoma - Cook Chevrolet Jeep Subaru Steamboat Springs
They matched the price I found at a larger dealership. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from them. They took a month to find the truck I wanted at the price I wanted.
