I was first attracted to the blue-gray color. I thought it more on the less-typical side of colors. The shape of it is smooth. Not boxy or bulky looking. The interior is leather, and I thought that was much more attractive than fabric. The auto gear shift is also attractive. It's not straight down shifting. The dash also has a wood grain effect above the glove box. The stereo system is very decent. There's also option to play DVDs. I like that the driver and passenger have their own temperature controls. There is also a fan control for the backseat passengers. What I also found attractive is that from the outside you can't really tell the car can seat up to six people. The engine is attractive, and the drive is smooth. It gets decent gas mileage. There are enough compartments throughou... (more)
Story
About a week after I got this car, I took an eight-day trip from California to Pennsylvania. I had such a good time just traveling around in a smooth-driving car that gets pretty good gas mileage and its design allowed me to sleep in the back! I hadn't done that kind of traveling before, and it was a kind of freedom I needed.
Pros
I like how spacious it is on the inside with a smallish car look on the outside. I like the color, A LOT. I like that I can control the radio from the steering wheel. I like that I can drive almost 400 freeway miles on one tank of gas. I like that it's easy to clean. So far, it is a low-maintenance vehicle. I love the leather seats! I like that there's decent sized consoles in the front and the back.
Cons
The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the time it takes for the hatch to close when using the button.

The Chrysler Pacifica is an AWD vehicle, which is nice when I visit Iowa in the winter time. It fits my big family comfortably. The leather seats are easy to clean off spills or dirt easily. Having heated seats in both the front and middle makes for happy children. However, in South Carolina, it isn't really needed too much. Having automatic door locks come in handy as well as a window lock controlled by the driver. You can hear too much road noise, such as the tires on it and other vehicles going by on the highway. The tinted part of the windows truly keeps the sun off of the people inside and helps keep the car cooler when it is parked. The storage in the back is very little. I am not able to have all five of my kids and get groceries at the same time. The six-disc changer is a nice ... (more)
Story
The day my family of seven went to the beach we were able to dance around in our seats and sing with the good speakers that are factory.
Pros
The top positive things are the memory settings for the driver's seat, the wide seats for sitting, and the leather seats for easy clean up.
Cons
The top negative things are the very little storage in the back and the road noise level.
