This 2007 car has been through three owners and is at 130,000 miles in the year 2019. It has had its ups and downs when it comes to driving experience and issues. Maintenance hasnÕt been too extraordinarily expensive, and the car was decently easy to work on by myself with the use of internet videos. The air conditioner has needed recharging and parts twice over the last 12 years. Brakes have been flushed once and replaced three times. The car is excellent in the winter but only if it has nice tires. I had my first fender bender in this car on ice going around a curve at 30 mph and the rear tire fender popped off and it has never been replaced because you canÕt order it. But it has handled the roads nicely with good tires. However, the jeep liberty is notoriously known for its electric... (more)
Story
I was at big lots one night with my fiancŽ and we ended up walking out with just some groceries, nothing too big. And we saw this mom-daughter duo who was trying to fit a new dresser into their little ford focus. There was no way that it was going to safely fit, but they were new to the area with no relatives nearby and no bigger car so they were very distressed and worried about getting it ho... (more)
Pros
Size of trunk and ability to fold down the back seat, handles well on the road.
Cons
Electrical issues, window issues, fuel economy.

I wish I had a time machine so I could go back in time and not buy this car. I bought the car new and have had it for about nine years now. The interior features of the car began to either fall apart or deteriorate within the first year. For example, the interior handle on the backseat fell off in the first year along with other interior cosmetic issues cropping up. Overall, the interior is just poor quality.
Story
I put my small kids bikes in the back and take them to the lake to go bike riding.
Pros
It gets you from Point A to Point B. It gets decent gas mileage for a SUV, averaging 15-21. It has a nice appearance on the outside. The shape is good, not too boxy and not to rounded, and looks sporty.
Cons
The A/C compressor has been replaced THREE times and now needs to be replaced again. This is an expensive issue to fix each time. We have replaced our battery at least six times as well, leading me to believe that the engine components are also very low-quality. The Jeep is small on the inside for an SUV and the trunk space has less room than my mid-size car unless you pile everything on top of each other. This is not a good car if you have children, as children are not easy on cars and this one requires you to be very careful with it or it will literally fall apart. It has had two recalls... (more)
