2010 Kia Forte Koup - Amazing car.
I have taken this car on several road trips across the country, totaling over 60,000 miles in just 3 years. So far, I have had zero problems with the car. I am hoping this car, which is currently at 122,000 miles, will last for much longer because I love it so much. It has convinced me to stay with Kia even after it eventually dies.

I commuted 2 hours a few times a week on rural Texas roads, and I had such a good time playing with the car on the empty highways. I didn't do anything unsafe, but it is fun to change lanes and hug the turns tightly.
It is also great for parking in the city because it is so small and handles well when parallel parking.

My favorite part of the Kia Forte Koup SX is the handling. When I test drove the car, I was hooked. The steering may seem "tight" to some, but to me, it handles perfectly, hugging turns on rural Texas highways at relatively high (but safe!) speeds. It is quite a quick little car, as well, and accelerates very well. The fuel economy is also a favorite aspect of the car. On the highway, I get 38 mpg and could probably get more if I drove more conservatively. The "ECO driving" feature remains engaged at speeds up to about 77 mph. I absolutely love the styling of the car. To my knowledge, the car was actually designed by a former Audi designer, and it shows in the car's sleek lines and stylish headlights and tail lights. The interior in my car is all black and the seats are comfortable for such a small car. It came equipped with Sirius XM radio, Bluetooth capability (which I use every day), and a wonderful sound system. Another great quality is the sizeable trunk space for a small vehicle. I have moved all of my belongings across the country in the car, and while I don't own many things, everything fit with relative ease.
I really do not have anything negative to say about this car. I guess if I had to pick something, there is a slight hesitation when kicking into 2nd gear. In all honesty, though, it makes it feel more like a manual transmission (it's automatic), and I like that. Also, if you are very tall, this might not be the car for you because there is not much space between your head and the roof. The clearance in the back is even lower.

2010 Kia Forte Koup - A pretty decent car to own
I like this car because it's sporty and affordable. It has given me no real mechanical issues thus far.

In snow storms, this vehicle handles better than my previous one did.

I enjoy the sound system and the lights around the speakers. The overall look of the car.

For me, the only drawbacks are that some of the aesthetics are sort of "cheap" i.e., The paint on both door handles has chipped off as well as on the back "Kia" decal. Also, the leather seats aren't real leather as they are worn out in a way that real leather wouldn't be. Also, this particular model doesn't allow your phone to stream music through it which I find annoying. Other than that, though, I have no complaints.
