We bought this car used, but it seemed new even though it was six years old at the time. The first owner had all of the service records from the Lexus dealer and we have maintained the service with the dealership, too. They are very courteous to us and seem to care as much about making sure we are happy with the car as if we were the original buyer. (If they're trying to establish a relationship so that we'll buy another Lexus from them in the future, they've succeeded!)
Story
We drove the car to Chicago (a 2,000+ mile round trip) last summer and found it plenty roomy and comfortable during the family vacation. The trunk was huge and all four of us were comfortable in the car the whole time. We didn't even mind adding an extra day to the trip to swing by Memphis and check out Graceland on the way home!
Pros
The car runs so smoothly; I forget that it is nearing ten years old. When I give friends a ride, they always comment on how comfortable and roomy it is and that it still seems like a luxury car. It has not had any major problems, only regular wear and tear and the service has been reasonable for everything we have had done. We have 122,000 miles on it and I think it would probably keep going for another 100,000 if we need it to.
Cons
The only negative I can think of is the wear on the leather upholstery. The center console top is definitely showing its age and parts of the seats are also looking a little dingy.

This car is one of the best cars I have ever driven. It is a near perfect car, and I will encourage anybody who wants a good car to go for it because he or she will enjoy the car so much.
Pros
The car is a near perfect one. It is cheap to buy, easy to maintain, the fuel economy is perfect and it has a good interior. The performance on the road is superb and can easily be driven by anybody.
