The c230 was very reliable; however, it was incredibly expensive to maintain. I encountered every common problem the vehicle was known for and sold it at a huge financial loss to exit before it became more of a burden. That being said, the six-speed transmission was wonderful and generally the vehicle got me to and from my work 80 or so miles round trip a day with minimal issues. The vehicle had wonderful fuel economy at around 28-32mpg on the highway. The interior was spacious and comfortable; however, the heated seat failed within the first two years of ownership. For such a great looking car, it was sporty enough to fit my needs. General oil changes and upkeep was easy to perform on the ground without a lift. This Mercedes does wonderfully on the freeway. I tend to save a ton of gas and never run into any issues when it comes to overheating. The car runs incredibly smooth. The only thing I can complain about is the amount of gas used when taking side streets.

Earlier this year, I took my very first road trip to Las Vegas. This car ran smoothly on the drive and maintained a cool temperature.
