Used Nissan Murano SL for Sale

We bought a used Murano SL with a sunroof. We like the way it looks from all angles. We like the look and size of the tires. Not too wimpy. I like the back end of a vehicle to look clean. As in, I don't want to see the gas tank or exhaust pipes protruding out in the back. I like it to look clean and finished. All the ugly covered. It has a pearl white paint on it, which I really like. Cheap-looking paint on a vehicle is a total turn off. We like that it is a four-door vehicle. It is fairly easy to park and pull out with. Also, in traffic, I feel I can move fast enough and have control over it. I like the height of the driver seat and how easy it is to adjust the seat to where I need it to be. We had major problems after buying it used in the later part of the first year. We had to replace the catalytic converter, among a lot of other major issues with the engine that are too numerous to remember. The driver's seat separated from its spot before we could leave the parking lot. The driver and passenger seats are ripping, and we don't abuse them. After the $6,000 repair (yes, that's right), it is much more the vehicle we were looking for. We did not realize it was supposed to have more power than it did when we bought it. We did not know anything was wrong at the time. It had supposedly been worked on and checked by a legitimate mechanic. Like the engine sound. It's important that it doesn't make a whining sound like some others do. So it's fine for a guy to drive also. Love the fact that there is a lighted compass on the rear view mirror! West equals beach! We have a navigation system installed in the dash, and even though it's a 2006 vehicle, we can still use it to get around the greater Los Angeles area. The vehicle has around 140,000 miles on it now. We also like the simplicity of the engine.

This car was a great buy. It was expensive to maintain and went through a decent amount of gas. I would warn anyone before buying this car it will come with a high price tag. On the other hand, I was able to haul anything I ever wanted. The entire car is spacious, both the rider space and the cargo room were perhaps the most impressive qualities of the car. If you have to ride with five adults in the car, this will allow enough space. The SL trim comes with a Bose sound system, which was also great. An overall comfortable ride. Very quiet with comfortable seats and a great sound system for an overall enjoyable riding experience. The heat and heated seats both worked especially well. In my opinion, this is generally true of all Nissan models. The SL comes with many safety features and is overall a solid car. I was rear ended once by a Honda Fit. They knocked the snow off of my car while the other car definitely needed a new hood and headlights. This car has great pick up speed in my opinion as well. The breaks performed well and lasted but again were expensive to maintain. The biggest issue I had with this car was the battery. As the car ages in the winter months, if I do not drive the car everyday, it often has to be jumped.
