I have had a good experience with the Pontiac, and it has performed well. It has had few problems, but it has been relatively inexpensive in upkeep. I like that this car was fully loaded, and it has a good design. I get close to 500 miles on a tank of gas when driving on the interstate. Very sporty yet economical. I've had very little problems with my Grand Am, and I bought it in 2010. My overall experience with this Pontiac car is pretty good.
Story
Taking my family to the beach, the car overheated but made it safely there and back.
Pros
I like the shiny rims and the silver grey color that shines so nicely when it is clean. Air conditioning has worked well, the radio has a great sound quality and the three-disc player has been enjoyable. The driver's seat assumes many positions and is comfortable. But the comfort of the ride is probably what I would like changed the most. I guess this means a better suspension system from what I understand about cars. Although the seating is good, I would probably also make the seating a bit more comfortable. In particular, the passenger seat needs to be able to assume more positions more ... (more)
Cons

The Pontiac grand am that I own is a very reliable car. I've had it for 9 years and it has driven quite well for its age. For example, despite its age the vehicle has maintained surprisingly well in terms of the shocks. From simple things like great space in seating to important things like exceptional head lights. Another surprising thing that lasted well after it should have is the A/C. The car had an impressive A/C system that never seemed to need recharged for the 9 years I had it. On the other hand, there were a few things that didn't hold out as well. For example, the vehicle had issues with the mother board in areas like its anti-lock breaking system. In other words, at times the vehicle would believe it was sliding on ice and would force the breaks to sputter. Although this was... (more)
Story
One of my favorite things would be to go on road trips around my town just to drive by myself.
Pros
Great head lights and a surprisingly long lasting A/C unit.
Cons
Very unreliable mother board that didn't seem to last.
