My Subaru Forrester is a reliable vehicle. It is pretty decent on gas mileage considering it's an SUV. I love all the features the car has to offer, especially with the sound system. I love that I can hook up my Bluetooth audio with it and listen to my Spotify music. The music gently turns down when the car is slowing down so that the music is not blazing in your ears. It is extremely comfortable for road trips and just overall for driving. The leg space is generous, and the trunk is pretty spacious too. I like that I can put the seats down if I need to fit something in the trunk. I wish that the back seat could be lifted up to put things under for storage. We also bought some seat covers to put on the back seat and the seat does not lift up to put the seat cover on. The car is very qu... (more)
Story
We used the Subaru to go to the lake and brought our kayak and inflatable swim gear along. It was so fun! And the car was spacious enough to have three people, a cooler, and all that swim gear.
Pros
Storage, music system, quiet engine, spaciousness, gas mileage, color (red), comfortable seats, good air conditioner/heater system, dashboard gadgets (sound system, can connect to calls, etc.), power windows, front and back windshield wipers, seat color (white), etc.
Cons
Wish it had more storage under back seats, hard to put seat covers on, wish gas mileage was even more efficient, and it was a little bit expensive, but it was brand new. Not much to complain about here. It's a great vehicle.

My Forester has been an exceptional car so far, trouble-free and full of safety features that I like. The navigation system is very helpful for getting me where I need to go, and the audio with Sirius makes drive time speed by.
Story
I use it to haul my kayaks fairly often, and so when my friends see me coming, they are almost always asking me where the 'yaks are. One time, however, I had two long conifers (for a landscaping project) tied onto the kayak racks, and so several folks got a good laugh out of that one. "Hey, girl, what kind of 'yaks are those?"
Pros
I like the safety features in particular, like the lane departure indicator, which tells you if you accidentally drift out of your lane. There's also Eyesight blind spot detection, which tells you if another car is coming up beside you in your blind spot. And it has rear vision which sees around corners, so when you're pulling out of a parking spot and can't see around the monster Yukons parked next to you, your Forester can, and beeps at you to let you know this is not the great time to pull out.
Cons
Not a lot of negatives, but sometimes I think the interior looks a little cheap, even with leather seats. Also not a lot of pickup when I need sudden acceleration.
