The Subaru Forester has everything a small family could want in a car: a high safety rating, premium features even on the lowest trim, beauty and practicality of design and durability. Our previous car was a Honda. We had purchased it for its safety rating, but it was loud, sat too low to the ground and was not roomy. Our Forester is two years old and has nearly 40 thousand miles. Yet the engine sounds like new and relatively quiet for a car in in its class. This car has hundreds of thousands of miles yet to go! This car is roomy! It seats our family of four comfortably and has enough storage to accommodate a trip to Ikea or a weekend camping trip. It is economical! Our average mileage, city and highway combined is 23 to 25 miles per gallon on regular gas. It handles great. There is a nice road feel and the power assisted steering and brakes are just right. And of course, it has all the safety features you would expect including anti-lock, ABS breaks, stability control, and every sort of air bags, including knee air bags! And it is rugged. All Subarus are equipped with four-wheel-drive and ride high enough to not get stuck in snow and keep our family safe when road conditions are at their worst. Finally, this is a safe car. It has one of the highest safety ratings of a car in its class including a five-star rating in crash tests and a four-star rating in resistance to roll-overs. We love our Subaru. I know I sound like the commercial, but it's true. We expect many more years of happy ownership and will buy another Subaru again when the time comes many years down the road!

My Subaru Forrester is a reliable vehicle. It is pretty decent on gas mileage considering it's an SUV. I love all the features the car has to offer, especially with the sound system. I love that I can hook up my Bluetooth audio with it and listen to my Spotify music. The music gently turns down when the car is slowing down so that the music is not blazing in your ears. It is extremely comfortable for road trips and just overall for driving. The leg space is generous, and the trunk is pretty spacious too. I like that I can put the seats down if I need to fit something in the trunk. I wish that the back seat could be lifted up to put things under for storage. We also bought some seat covers to put on the back seat and the seat does not lift up to put the seat cover on. The car is very quiet when it drives and it smells great inside (good air filtration system). It also has two rails on the roof for storage. All you need is a strap down system and you are ready to go.
