I love the overall quality of the vehicle. It not caused any problems . It has needed just normal maintenance. The vehicle as a convertible could have been a problem. Others report leaking in their models but not mine. This Toyota Solara also has a great size trunk. Many convertibles sacrifice trunk space to allow the hood to retract. It rides smoothly. Recently due to its age we have noticed peeling of the leather and wood trim which is to be expected. Overall room is excellent for a convertible. Front driver space and passenger space is excellent. Back seats are true size but only if the driver and passenger are not sitting all the way back. Visibility is excellent with the roof down. With the roof up obviously the small back window inhibits great visibility but nothing that is problematic or dangerous.

I love this car.
For a convertible, this car is very roomy. Although considered a two door vehicle, my car is easily as roomy as a four door sedan with all the fun that comes with owning a convertible. The trunk is huge and the top does not take up any room in the trunk when I put it down. I once hauled a dishwasher in the back seat by lowering the top.

This is my first Toyota and I love it. I've had it for almost 5 years and have had little to no maintenance cost and I'm known for not being the easiest on cars. Even though I bought it used, it was a one owner. I love that I can fit 3 sets of golf clubs in the trunk and still have room for our weekend bags for a get-a-way. I do wish the backseat would seat three (only seatbelts for two) and also it would fold down.
