A pretty good car.
I purchased this car about 4 years ago as a used car. Since I've purchased this, I haven't really had any major issues with the car. I always drives nice. It has quite a bit of miles on it already and still runs quite smooth. I make sure to take care of the car, with normal oil changes and fluid changes. There really aren't things that stick out that I could say that I don't like about the vehicle. I'm not really a car guy, so as long as I get from point A to point B in a nice temperature car, than I like it.

Reliable Car
This is my second car, and I cannot rave enough about it. It isn't fancy, but it is perfect for me. I am in college while working and I needed something reliable for the cost. I also don't know the first thing about cars. I might as well try to perform open-heart surgery as diagnose something wrong with my car. This car has been amazingly reliable. I drive back and forth between my home and my college, which is 3,000 miles round trip through lots of areas that are in the middle of nowhere. This car just makes me feel safe doing that. I've never had a single mechanical issue in the 6 years I've had it (only routine oil changes and a few tire problems). No weird noises, and it's comfy for those long road trips. The only complaints are really trivial. I really don't like that the aux cord to attach my phone to play music is inside a compartment. It makes it hard to plug the cord in while driving, and I have to think about it before hand. The other thing is that I wish the car fabric was a little bit prettier--it's this kinda standard gray with a weird pattern. But other than those small convenience factors, the car is amazing. I'm taking good care to make sure I can keep this car for a long time. The car gets great gas mileage, too--I can get 350 miles on one tank of gas, which is simply incredible. One of the best things about the car is the amount of trunk space. I'm pretty transient, being a college student and all, and I have to move stuff around at least once a year if not more. I'm always loading up my friend's things and hauling them around, and it's so much easier with this surprisingly roomy car. We even hauled around mini-fridges.

Camry is not the car to buy
I bought a 2010 Toyota Camry LE from the dealership thinking I was getting a reliable car. For the most part, it has been a reliable ride, but it has had more than its share of recalls. Among these recalls, we have seen the stuck acceleration peddle, although stuck is a misnomer because it does not stick until it begins to accelerate on its own. Once it begins to accelerate on its own, the only way to stop it is to physically pull the gas peddle back towards the driver. I have personally had this happen at least four times. It's scary, to say the least. While it offers a quiet ride on the road, it has some problems with its wheels. I have now been through five sets of new tires and only 107,000 miles of driving this car since August 2010 . The tire guys always suggest that something must have been wrong with it from the factory to keep going through tires like this, but no one has owned up to the problem from Toyota. I have also had a mystery electrical problem where the air conditioner switches itself from on to off while driving, without me even touching it. I have already had to replace the alternator myself, and that's not all. A sticky dashboard has cracked all over, and bits of the top coating of the dash readily flake off if anything touches it. Toyota claims that a recall affecting other models wit this issue exists, but supposedly the Camry is not included. Well, mine is. Obviously. The trim panels are put into place with cheap plastic tabs, the car's audio AUX PORT stops functioning within two years of purchase, and the headlights' lenses so readily oxidize that one must have these replaced at an incredibly high cost if you hope to see while driving after dark.
