2009 Toyota Venza - Toyota Venza
The Toyota Venza is one of the best vehicles I have owned. It is spacious, especially with foot space, and has plenty of compartments and drink holders to accommodate long commutes. The gas mileage is fantastic, and the model I own even has a built in rear camera to help navigate out of tricky areas. The trunk space is large and easily fits groceries and camping equipment. It's even large enough to allow my husband and me to sleep somewhat comfortably in the trunk. The only problem I actually have is the road noise can overpower any music you are playing. Other than that, it's a great vehicle.
Story
I went camping with my son and daughter at a national park. The kids became scared in the tent, so we climbed into the back of the car with the car on and windows slightly rolled down, and told stories and just curled up in the back and fell asleep.
Pros
The biggest pro is the space available.
Cons
The biggest con is the road noise can be overbearing.
2009 Toyota Venza - Satisfied
I really like my Venza. It is very comfortable (leather heated seats, navigation, dvd player) and reliable. I have put 40,000 miles on the car and never a problem.
Story
I am able to off road with the four wheel drive. Last winter, we had a horrible ice storm. Cars were stuck in the street and traffic was backed up everywhere. I was able to drive on the side of the road, and got to work on time.
Pros
It is very comfortable to drive, and handles well. I also like the look of the vehicle. The engine is solid as well, I have never had a single mechanical failure.
Cons
The gas mileage is not great for its size (about 20 mpg city). The headlights are very expensive to replace ($160 per bulb).
