I absolutely love my M3 it has it all. I love the power it provides as well as all the safety features one would desire. My car now has over 150,000 miles on it and with regular maintenance drives like it is new. The ride is particularly nice it is smooth and comfortable even for long trips. The leather interior is very durable and sporty and suits the car nicely. I love the dash display features including the instant MPG gauge it is nice to know how efficient your driving habits are and with a little mindfulness this car can easily get 23-26 MPG without giving up the horsepower. Both my wife and I really enjoy the exterior looks of the car and keep it nice and clean. It is a sports car with a roomy backseat for cargo and passengers. It also has a nice big trunk. Story
My wife and I used this car to travel on our honeymoon and it was a fantastic ride to take to California and drive through wine country in luxury and style.
Pros
Smooth handling and ride control, excellent power, traction control nice for all seasons, nice stylish HUD, and interior/exterior styling is great looking.
Cons
Staggered wheel setup can go through tires quickly, the replacement keys are expensive and have to be done at the dealership. Also, the replacement parts can be expensive.

The 1998 E36 M3 is truly a work of art. The overall body style had lines that just flowed oh so well. The engine was an inline 6 cylinder that pulled extremely hard and plentiful acceleration. I liked how the car just drove. BMW’s are known for their “ultimate driving experience” and the E36 M3 lives up to that with no complaints. The feel I get when I put it into first and drop the clutch is just exhilarating to say the least. The car is just an absolute beast and performs like one when properly maintained. The build quality was just top notch and considering that BMW made this car in the 90s is truly amazing since it is better engineered than some of the newer cars that are getting released today.
Story
I took the car to my first experience at a race track. I remember getting used to the clutch and feel and then bringing my helmet and getting on the track. It was amazing trying to shave off tenths of a second off my lap times and run down some of the fastest people.
Pros
1) Excellent performance, just absolutely fun to drive 2) Over engineered for it’s time, BMW came out with some amazing technological advancements 3) Unique body for maximum aerodynamics and down force 4) Custom upgraded suspension which reduces body and makes it even better to drive 5) Awesome styling, still looks sexy in 2014!
Cons
1 )Low fuel mileage efficiency 2 )Manual transmission can be a pain to drive in traffic 3 )High maintenance costs 4) Coupe which means the seats in the back are not comfy
