This car is a great car to drive around town. It's also a great car to take on long trips. It has some pretty cool settings to choose from depending on the type of driving you'll be doing. There's a sport mode, an eco-pro mode, and the normal driving mode. If you're looking for an SUV but want the feel of a car, this would be a good choice. The on-screen information is pretty helpful since it has the actual manual built into the car so you can search for what you need on screen and not have to look through a book.
Story
It's fun to put it in sport mode and go fast up in the hills. It's got quite a bit of power.
Pros
There is a lot of cargo space in the back. It handles well in the snow and has traction control. It's an all-wheel drive. it has a back-up camera with sensors all the way around to keep you from running into things. It's comfortable to travel in. It also has navigation built in and Bluetooth technology. There is also an SOS button by the rear view mirror, so if you get in a car accident, you can push that button for help if you can't reach your phone. Another nice thing is that the key just has to be inside the car for it to start. You don't have to stick it in the ignition.
Cons
If you have little ones in car seats, it gets a little snug in the back seat. An infant carrier fits back there, but the passenger seat has to be scooted up for the car seat to hook in correctly. The car also takes premium gas, so as long as your aware, you'll be spending more on gas.

I love this car! This is my first BMW and I will buy one again. It is extremely sporty and goes when you put your foot down. The 300+ HP engine helps with that. I love that you can select what type of driving mode you want to be in (Sport, Comfort or Eco). If I'm feeling feisty, I'll throw it into sport mode and off I go. The features are great. The navigation is easy to use and has a very nice interface. I have the heads up display and like that a lot. The heated seats and steering wheel are awesome in the winter time.
Story
I live in the mountains, so I get the distinct pleasure of driving this car on curvy mountain roads, which is what it was made for.
Pros
Power Features (Navigation, blue tooth, heads-up display)
Cons
It is a rougher ride (more so than my husband's Mercedes GLK), but that's because it has stiffer suspension. There are also some quality type things that I don't think should happen in a $55K car: thread pulls in my roof liner, scratches on the shadow trim when I picked it up from the dealer, a pinched cable in my center console. All those things were rectified, though.
