I drive a Cadillac, and it is a great family truck. We have a big family, and this car is perfect for us. I love that my stroller fits in the back of the car even when my kids are in it. I also like the smooth drive that it gives us when we are out on trips. When we are all packed in the truck, we all still have enough personal space that we are not sitting on top of one another. I don't think I could live without my back-up beeper, it has saved me from many fender benders. With having kids, means dents and scratches, but the exterior seems to hold up against my kids. Yes, it could use a paint job, but it has held up every well. My husband does the maintenance for the truck, and I think it is pretty easy to work on. There isn't anything he can't do. Story
We used this truck to drive to the beach; it was reliable and made the trip much easier.
Pros
My favorite thing about my vehicle is that it fits our family. As a family of eight, we need everyone to get from one place to another without multiple cars.
Cons
It was made in 2002, so it is on the older side, so the features aren't up to date like the newer models today. More maintenance will be needed to ensure it stays up to par.

The Escalade performs exceptionally as it drives through the winding roads and curves of the mountains carrying my family. With precious cargo aboard, I have never felt unsafe in the vehicle. The interior is leather, therefore it would be nice to have the cooling option for the seats.
Story
traveling from Ohio to tennessee with child in tote the car did an amazing job.
Pros
The speaker sound quality is exceptional. The weight of the vehicle makes me feel safe when driving my family around. The quietness of the ride is impeccable. With the smooth ride on the tires I can hear the conversation amongst the passengers in the car instead of the road noise.
Cons
The car is heavy therefore hard on gas. Really no get up and go; it is not a fast car. The room in the rear is not much for a family vehicle. And even though it is a luxury SUV, it's not one I would take to the hardware store to load up things to haul in the back.
