This is the ultimate SUV! I have purchased two escalades in a row. Drove the first one for nearly 8 years with over 150,000 miles and still has a very good resale value on it! Have never had a major repair on either vehicle. It's classy looking and the longevity of the vehicle holds up past many other brands.
Story
Washing it with my kids. They like to climb on it to wash the top! Very durable!
Pros
Love the second row split captain seats to allow for the people going to the third row easy access. Putting down/up the third row for extra storage is also very easy. My second escalade has heated and air conditioned seats! Love the heated steering wheel as well! Love the USB port in the arm rest to play music from my personal device. Love that the maintenance can be done at a variety of mechanics not only at the dealership! The leather holds up well and the carpet cleans easily. The drop down entertainment center is awesome for the kids to watch DVD or plug in games. Maybe the newer model... (more)
Cons
The only thing that I do not like about my second (new vehicle) is that there is less room at the very end for interior storage when the third row of seats are up. In my older car, I had a little over a foot of storage in the new vehicle there is less that one foot. Way too tight if you have to use the third row for people. Would like to see a Blu-ray player in the newer versions.

Love this vehicle for space and room. Great to drive and very classy. Love to take long trips with friends in this upscale new vehicle.

Going to the beach with friends and all loading up in this beauty. Fun load and a blast.
Pros
Good, reliable, roomy, looks nice and classy.
Cons
Not too good on gas, expensive spare parts.
