2003 GMC Yukon - Nice and a family car, but waste of gas.

I had purchased a used Yukon; the year was a 2003. The car was in perfect condition when I bought it. Three row seating and could fit a family of eight. The interior had leather seats, seat warmers and an in-dash player in the front and in the back. The car is a great family car, and it is comfy and has much room for a whole family for short and long trips. The only down side to this car is the maintenance. It requires a lot of up keeping and gas is horrible. I had to pump gas on a daily basis and I do minimal driving. I loved the car but eventually sold it, because it was too pricey in gas and maintenance. Great for families, just horrible for gas.
Story
Driving and watching movies outside in the dark at the drive ins. We were able to pull open the trunk and lay down the front row and back row seats. Lay blankets out and all fit in the back to watch a movie. We also ate and played around. All six of us had fit back there comfortably. The car was smooth and a great family car.
Pros
Spacious. Family. Navigation. Sunroof. Drop TV.
Cons
Gas. Maintenance.

For the most part, I enjoy my 2003 GMC Yukon. It has high miles; but so far, I haven't had any major issues. Just your typical maintenance. I really like the three rows. My family of four fits perfect, plus any extra occupants.
Story
We live near Cincinnati, Ohio, and my daughter loved driving through the city looking at all of the Christmas lights, singing and dancing to Christmas music.
Pros
My favorite feature of my 2003 GMC Yukon would have to be the space inside. My family fits perfect, and I still have plenty of room for the groceries! For a larger SUV, it really drives pretty smooth; that's for sure a plus!
Cons
A negative opinion of mine would be the cost of gas to fill it up. With it being a large SUV, it holds 25 gallons of gas, making it a pricey fill up. Tires are another con; they can be very expensive when needing to replace all four.
