I bought the vehicle after shopping for a new hybrid. I'd read that the Hyundai brand had moved to be as good a brand as any, so I checked it out. I like the streamlined styling, a friend referred to it as a silver bullet. I found that the streamlining isn't just for looks, it's part of how the vehicle gets high mileage. The vehicle has one of the most advanced hybrid styles, in that some of the technology wasn't available when hybrids first came on the scene. I'm quite happy with the mileage that I get, in the 40 mpg range. The vehicle has an upscale looking interior with a very user friendly control panel. Most of the time I leave the climate control system on automatic, and just dial a desired temperature. The system automatically chooses the fan speed and which vents to use at diff... (more)
Story
It's a hybrid, and I wasn't sure how safe it was to drive in inclement weather. But we took a 200 mile trip to a city more towards the coast, and it happens that a hurricane had brushed the coast, bringing lots of rain inland. We found out that the car is fine in bad weather, as we drove through hundreds of miles of it.
Pros
High gas mileage. Easy handling. XM Radio Quiet interior. Navigation system. Trouble free (so far).
Cons
Passenger seat sits pretty low, and it not adjustable. Very low to ground, can drag over some bumps. Trunk space is impacted by hybrid battery.

Good gas mileage. Sporty exterior, nice interior. Quiet while running. Good get up and go for a 4cyl engine. Good for commuting long distances, highway commuting.
Story
People I work with don't know its running most the time. Very quiet when it's just the electric motor kicking on.
Pros
Sporty Great Gas Mileage
Cons
MPG doesn't add up to what the mileage says I should be getting on dashboard. It over-estimates the MPG. Not very much trunk storage.
