The 2005 Hyundai Sonata I own is not only comfortable, but also safe and economic. The interior, while not boasting expensive, luxury taste, is very comfortable for daily commutes or even long trips. The stock stereo/cd player and sound system is nothing fancy, but it certainly meets all the standard requirements. The a/c and heat in the vehicle function optimally, including an internal climate control functionality as opposed to the simple numbered cooling heating options in most vehicles. Within the vehicle, you can set a temperature that is the most comfortable for your commute, and can also control the amount of actual air blown out in order to achieve the temperature either immediately, or slowly. The fuel economy of the vehicle is pretty standard for the 6 cylinder model, which ... (more)
Story
We often use this vehicle to drive to the local park/river. It is a cozy and fun vehicle for family ventures, and definitely enhances the excitement. One particular trip to the park was marked by silly sing alongs with songs played on the radio!
Pros
The body style of this particular model is perhaps my favorite body style the Sonata has seen. The vehicle is light enough that the acceleration, thanks to the 6 cylinder engine, is rapid enough to not create stress when merging onto a congested roadway. The ride is very smooth, and the steering is incredibly tight. The drive feels good and allows the driver to operate the vehicle with comfort and ease.
Cons
While the engine is more than capable, sometimes it feels as though the vehicle seems to struggle on quick acceleration. This is usually not something that is necessary, but in exceptional situations, it could prove problematic. The antennae for the radio is retractable, therefore when it is first activated, it can not pick up stations until fully extended. This is not a huge problem in itself, but the antennae does not seem to be able to pick up all available radio stations, which could indicate a possibility of long-term wear implications due to the motorized movement of the antennae.

I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. This is a great vehicle for a few reasons. It has a spacious interior with leg room in both the front and rear which is important as we use the car with children, so space is important. The trunk space is also an important feature due to the amount of cargo we use with our kids. The car has great power for a 4 cylinder vehicle. The gas mileage is great, as well. I receive 29-30 miles per gallon which is helpful as I do a lot of travel.
Story
This is the first vehicle purchased by my wife and I and is our first familly vehicle purchase. Getting the vehicle was interesting as we originally were going to go for another choice and dealer, however we went off of a referral and decided to check it out. Luckily we were able to talk a great deal on the car and financing.
Pros
Favorite features within this car are the heated seats that are included, which are extremely helpful during the winter. I also enjoy the XM radio and Bluetooth connectivity. It does well on gas mileage for long trips and has great power for a 4 cylinder vehicle.
Cons
There honestly were not any negatives when I first purchased the vehicle. I wish that they offered more XM radio stations for free, however that is not the car's issue. It would be great to also have a push start or auto start with this vehicle seeing that we have small children.

My car is a 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE 4 door sedan. The color is Harbor Grey. Before I bought this car I always called the color Battleship Grey but the real name sounds a lot better. I don't have a lot of miles on my car (just 45,000) but I've driven it enough to know I love it. The first thing I like about it is the way it looks. I think it's one of the best looking cars in its price range. In fact, the first time I saw this model I thought, "Wow, what is that? I want one!" It drives like a dream. It's considered a mid sized sedan but in my opinion it drives like a somewhat bigger car. It's quiet except for one thing. It has 18" wheels and they're jus a bit noisier than the 17". The seats are very comfortable and adjust to any person's size. I've always liked 4 door cars because I think... (more)
Story
When I bought it and told the salesman I'd take it I noticed another sales had a couple looking at it. I stuck my head out the door and said.."sorry, I just bought it'. I think they were a bit disappointed but they did end up buy another model.
Pros
I would say the top things I like about this car are the style, the gas mileage (34 to 39 on the highway), the way it rides and drives, the tightness of it, the seats, the size of the trunk and I love the looks of the 18' wheels.
Cons
Not a lot of cons for me. Probably the extra bit of noise from the 18" wheels and the fact that it does not have a sunroof.
