Solid large luxury sedan
Overall, I've had a very positive experience owning a 2016 Genesis Sedan for nearly three years. Hyundai has made great strides and improvements in their cars in the resent years. They pack their cars full of new technology at affordable prices. I haven't had a single mechanical issue with the year in three years. I owned a Genesis Coupe previous to this car and didn't have any issues with that car either. When you package the new technology, lower price points, reliability, along with the great warranty, there is not much to complain or see negative about. Car was AWD and handled fantastic in the snow with both all season and snow tires. The only dislike for me is the fact that the car is on the larger end, which is something I was not used to. I enjoy a smaller more sporty car while the Genesis is more of a large luxury sedan. It is not necessarily a bad thing about the car, just personal preference. The interior and exterior were both very styling and used high-quality materials.

I love my Genesis.
I love this car. I am not a car person. I am not a person that discusses anything remotely about cars, but I love this car! The Genesis has a refined interior and extremely smooth handling. It also has loads of power when I need it. I have driven this care for 23,000 miles. I have had no problems! All of the internal components exude a luxury feel without the super expensive price. I have not heard one rattle or had any tech problems. I love this car. The car is sharp with beautiful clean lines. The front grill is a major eye catcher as well. Every time I stop to get gas someone asks me about my car. I would not be upset if that is where the joy ended. However, the car has so much more to offer. The car is practical as well. I love the fuel economy of the vehicle. I can drive into the city and back for work all week on one tank of gas. The Genesis gets 29mpg on the highway and 19mpg in the city. I love that! The car also takes unleaded, not premium like some other luxury brands. The car is huge. I can easily fit both my son's booster set as well as our rear facing infant seat with plenty of room. The truck is a great size. I can fit both luggage and my stroller inside with room to spare. The main thing that I love about the trunk is the wide opening. Several other car manufactures make great trunks with small openings. How am I suppose to fit a stroller or anything wide in there? Genesis got this right. I know that this car will hold up over a long period of time. I have a six year old and an infant. Between the throwing of bottles, wasting food and beverages, not to mention the temper tantrums that have occurred during long summer trips, this car has thrived.
