I hate most that the cupholders in the center console are a joke. There are two, but only one cup can fit well at a time. If I try to fit two cups, they have to be wedged carefully against each other. Absurd. Gas mileage is great, it needs a trip to the mechanic every now and then but it's doing okay, overall. It's appearance isn't particularly exciting but it's not embarrassing, either.
Story
i slept in it a few times, it was cramped.
Pros
Great gas mileage, reliable, spacious trunk.
Cons
Poorly fitted cupholders, weak air conditioning.

Stylish, good looking, very well equipped, comfortable up level car for the price. The fit and finish of the vehicle was great with no flaws at delivery. The Limited version includes all the "extras" you could wish for as standard equipment. Excellent Hyundai warranty, probably the best of any manufacturer. Even after 7 years this vehicle is still in excellent shape and has experienced no problems. It was a good choice and has been a great vehicle to drive and own.
Pros
Very roomy and ample seating for five. Plenty of rear legroom and a more than adequate trunk. Very comfortable ride. Came fully equipped in the Limited version as standard equipment. Rear power window shade is a cute addition but haven't had much use for it. Very smooth engine (with plenty of power) and transmission. Very low wind and road noise, quiet ride. Folding side mirrors.
Cons
Came with Michelin tires which lasted less than 40,000 miles and always gave some road noise. Keys constantly rattle against plastic dashboard surround, should have had some rubber padding. In mixed driving only averages about 22 mpg. Rain runs off the roof into slightly open front windows, could have used some type of gutter trim to redirect the water.

now the shade is very hard to work. It performs okay and since it is a six cylinder I expect that. The braking is smooth. The gas mileage is not great at about 23 miles/gallon. The vehicle has more road noise than I would have expected. It steers well, but is not very responsive so it is not really a lot of fun to drive. It's comfortable and reliable for going back and forth to work. The interior lights have stopped automatically working. I suspect this started when the sunroof motor was replaced.
Story
We were driving down the interstate and started hearing this slapping noise. It was a piece of the plastic from under the car. My husband was able to disconnect it so we could keep going. A few weeks later the same thing happened on my way to work. I was close enough to home that my husband could come and take another piece of the car off.
Pros
The vehicle is well sized for a shorter woman. The adjustable brake and gas pedals are a HUGE benefit. The support bars on the windows do not interfere with my view. The trim level is very nice with a lot of luxury items (leather seats, heated seats, electric adjustment of the seats).
Cons
It's boring in terms of style. Pieces of plastic keep falling off of it. It is very noisy. The gas mileage is not great at 23 mpg for mostly highway use. I would rather have fewer luxuries and a lower price. I don't need a sunroof or heated seats or the ability to drive in automatic/manual mode.
