Steady friend
This is a dependable, resilient, smaller truck. Some shorter ladies might find the step up to the cab off-putting, but it works for me. No major problems with the vehicle, only some minor cosmetic issues that did not appear until well into its useful life: snapped trim, fading and peeling of the steering column, driver side seat belt issues and tail light replacement. Again, these issues only appeared at 10+ years into the useful life. This has been a great vehicle, good for bringing the dog along and hauling flea market finds. It has also been very good on gas for the commute. Reasonable replacement parts and easy to service yourself. This baby is still kicking and will be into the foreseeable future. Comparable to the Ford Ranger and therefore very easy to find used parts, at least around here. Well worth the investment and long since paid off with no real drop in usability. Easy to park and the insurance is reasonable. Also the paint job has been very durable. I would definitely purchase again. This one is a keeper.

Light duty and reliable.
I wanted a small pickup truck for running around town and picking up stuff. I use the pickup for everything from picking up groceries and trash to light hauling of lumber, rocks, and lawn supplies. I have even loaded up the 4-wheeler for off-road ventures! It gets pretty good gas mileage, but I got it for purposes of keeping my regular car from getting all messed up. I can load stuff in the bed of the pickup rather than filling up the trunk of the car. I've taken it camping and up into the mountains on occasion--it seems more likely to enjoy the mountains that I am...
