This was my first car, and I only recently got a vehicle to take it's place. I really liked this car because it had all the bells and whistles for it's time (leather seats, all electronic..). I also think it got decent gas mileage. In addition, it had a great look. It was a cute car, and it was always fun to put down the sunroof. Even though it was cute, it also had a lot of room in the car. I could fit most things I wanted in it. The only thing is, I think it should have lasted longer than it did. After a while, the seats would get small tears in it. It also got to the point where it wasn't worth fixing it anymore. It seemed like the car was always having mechanical issues. I thought this was annoying when I had friends with older cars that still ran perfectly. On the other hand, I ... (more)
Story
The best memories in this vehicle were driving to the beach with my best friend and being able to enjoy the sunroof.
Pros
It was stylish and had a sunroof. It had many luxuries such as leather and electronic seats. Leather seats is a huge plus since you don't have to worry about them getting stained.
Cons
I loved everything except the fact that it had mechanical issues a lot.

This car performs well and has plenty of space.
Story
We took it to the Ouachita mountains in Oklahoma and we climbed a mountain in it. It was a rocky steep road leading up to the top of the mountain. The car almost did not make it and it heated up a lot, but we managed to get to the top. Then when we left the top we placed it in neutral and just let it roll all the way down the mountain road.
Pros
It has many features. It has a CD player, a sunroof, electric windows, spacious seating, an ashtray, and a lighter. There is large storage space with lids on the side doors that come in handy for storing iPads and wallets when traveling. The lid on top of the door storage is actually the armrest which pops up at the push of a button to reveal the storage compartment. The center console also has a lot of storage room and a plug in for devices. There is a small hole to run the wiring through when charging devices. The seats are electric. The car is so comfortable and luxurious. The inside de... (more)
Cons
The mirrors inside the visors are made of a glue that melts when it gets too hot, so both mirrors have come undone and will need to be reglued.

I didn't have this car for the whole life of the vehicle, so I'm not sure about its early history. I will say that I bought the car when it was already well-used, but overall I was pleased with its performance. Mechanically, I didn't ever have any problems with the engine, transmission, or brakes. The only repairs I had to make after purchase were wheel bearings-- that's right, the car drove so well for so long that the wheels were pretty much coming off of the vehicle! It was considered quite a nice car in its heyday, but even after a decade of driving, it has done pretty dang well. I like that the car is speedy, quick to accelerate, and handles well. It's a smallish car that doesn't feel like a compact car. Its interior is nice, too-- it came with leather seats, power windows and lo... (more)
Story
Well, speaking of the keyless entry problem ... the first time I found out about this was the first time I locked the car at my home. The man who sold it to me had EVER SO HELPFULLY neglected to tell me this vital piece of information, and so when I went to unlock the car with the key, there was a loud BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP. It continued for AGES until I dug the manual out of the glove box ... (more)
Pros
The best pros about this car is that despite its being a small car, it does not "feel" like a small car. The car feels safe and sturdy (which you know is not usually the case when it comes to smaller cars.) I also feel that this car gets pretty great gas mileage. Though it is quite old now, the car can still manage nearly 30 miles per gallon on the highway. (The mileage is considerably lower in city traffic, obviously.) Finally, the small extras in the car-- like the moon roof, power windows, power seats and mirrors-- make it feel like a newer car than it is. That's another positive co... (more)
Cons
Like I have mentioned before, the worst thing about this car is the loudness of the engine. Again, though, I am not sure if that's mainly age-related or if it happens in the car regardless of its age. The only other big con I can think of (and this is a minor annoyance more than anything) is the need for the key fob to unlock the car safely. See, this car has a built-in alarm system-- great, right? Wrong! If you lock the car and the alarm is set (which happens automatically), then you must disarm the car using the key fob. What happens if you DON'T have the key fob, and instead try to unlo... (more)
