2011 Subaru Legacy - 2011 Subaru Legacy Limited 3.6R
The Subaru brand, as a whole, goes out of its way to make sure that they are delivering a superior product to their loyal owners. Knowing this, the Subaru Legacy quickly became not only a car that I wanted, but a car that I had to own. I fell in love with it the first time I ever sat in one, and the vehicle itself drove me crazy. When I finally got the opportunity to actually drive one, especially this trim level, I was blown away. This vehicle has symmetrical all-wheel drive that will get you into or out of any situation you desire, is incredibly stylish, has room for five people and all of their stuff, leather trim, great audio, and is incredibly reliable. With regular maintenance, this car should last well over 200,000 miles. I would buy this car 100 times over, and I even managed t... (more)

This car is nothing short of perfect, from the 245 hp engine that roars like a lion to the swift wisp of air as you cruise down the highway with the moon roof open.
I took a trip across the country to visit my late father's grave with my wife, my sister, and her boyfriend. We packed four people, a week's worth of equipment, and $100 worth of beer into the car, and traveled almost 2,000 miles. We averaged an incredible 29 MPG on that trip across the country, and the only complaint was that it got a little warm. The car performed wonderfully, had plenty of ... (more)

The car performed wonderfully, had plenty of room, was surprisingly comfortable for 20+ hours of driving, and it was overall a great experience.
There are a number of things to love about this vehicle, but the top items for me are the cargo space, engine, leather trim, and symmetrical all-wheel drive. When I started shopping for a new vehicle, I knew that something with a great deal of cargo space was very important. I had no desire for a truck or SUV, so a large Sedan was the next best choice. I found that the Subaru Legacy had much more than expected cargo room and am constantly surprised at what will fit into the vehicle. Next is the engine. I found that the Subaru Legacy had much more than expected cargo room and am constantly surprised at what will fit into the vehicle. Next is the engine. This vehicle comes with the optional and powerful 3.6L H6 engine. This engine pushes out well over 200 horsepower and screams wildly under heavy acceleration. It's certainly not a sports car, but it will push you back into the seat if you let it. The next best thing about this vehicle is the leather trim. The leather in this vehicle looks nice, feels nice, and is incredibly easy to clean. The sleek styling will delight any owner. Last and most certainly not least , it is the symmetrical all-wheel drive. Subaru has an industry leading all-wheel drive, and this vehicle is no exception. In the dry, this car sticks to the inside of every corner, and in the winter, drivers never fear they may lose control.
Writing any negative things about this vehicle is incredibly difficult, but a few specific items pop up. The largest drawbacks are the gas mileage, the infotainment center, and wood veneer trim. While generally sedans in this class have great gas mileage, and other trim levels of this model have great gas mileage. The combination of the five-speed automatic transmission and 3.6L H6 engine make this vehicle go through its 16.1 gallon gas tank quite quickly. Highway averages are 28 mpg, and city averages are 22 mpg. Combined in ideal (warm) conditions, expect to see around 25 mpg. In the win... (more)

Highway averages are 28 mpg, and city averages are 22 mpg. Combined in ideal (warm) conditions, expect to see around 25 mpg. In the winter, this dips down to 22 or 23 mpg. Compared to other vehicles on the market, this is quite low, as all that power comes at a price. In addition to the poor gas mileage, the infotainment center in this vehicle lacks any features, and is rather dated. In 2011, it may have been interesting, but it is no longer what it once was. The white on violet display is easy to read, but information is difficult to obtain from it, and RDS data is consistently difficult to read and broken. This vehicle also offers no Bluetooth audio, something that has become nearly standard. The interior of this vehicle also features an unmistakable wood veneer trim that I could most certainly do without. While it is easy to clean, the glossy look doesn't match well with any of the matte dashboard or upholstery.
2011 Subaru Legacy - A great rude.
The Subaru Legacy is the best choice car for a New England resident. The vehicle gets great gas mileage, handles well in snow and rain, and it is dependable in any weather condition. Not only do you get dependability, but you also get a well-balanced vehicle that handles well in both speed and turning. The body is well made and can withstand the elements. No matter the weather, you will feel safe when you are driving this vehicle. I never expected that I would be a Subaru driving in the future, but once I bought this car after my Honda ran its course, I was very satisfied with the results. If I could, I would buy this vehicle again soon. I strongly recommend anyone who needs a new car to buy a Legacy immediately for the efficient design and well-balanced operation of the car. I went on a trip to Maine in this car to see friends for a weekend. The ride up was quick in that the vehicle made top speed while also being reasonable on gas. I barely saw the tank go below half a tank. That is dependability for a vehicle. In being able to keep fuel down while going so fast on the highway, I got to my destination in record time. I barely saw the tank go below half a tank. That is dependability for a vehicle. In being able to keep fuel down while going so fast on the highway, I got to my destination in record time. I am satisfied with what I have done with this vehicle and I look forward to more rides in it. I hope to drive to more states and go further out in this vehicle to continue my adventures in the world as I keep on going at top speed in this car. I know this car will continue to deliver in getting me to more destinations further down the line. The trip to Maine furthered my reliability in this car. I will continue to drive the car on many trips and I will be satisfied with what the vehicle will deliver in getting me from point A to point B.
The Subaru Legacy gets right to the point in gas mileage. I have gone miles on just half a tank of gas. Mass to Maine and Maine to Mass in a weekend did not affect the performance of the vehicle in any way, shape, or form. I got the most for my money with this vehicle. In terms of handling, this car is dream. From bad snow to heavy downpours, this car will stay on the road and not be a threat to you or anyone else. It provides comfort, dependability, and safety when hazards are considered. The cost to repair the vehicle is very low maintenance and there are no worries on spending too much ... (more)

I have not had a major issue with the engine as it has upheld its dependability in being able to deliver on all fronts. This is an all around solid vehicle that delivers on every level for being able to get me from point A to Point B. I cannot say I have never been happier with a car such as this one and I will continue to be happy with the car.
The paint job of the vehicle leaves much to be desired. While I like the bronze, I would have liked more options. Overall, I cannot say there are any standing problems with this vehicle. I have not had a negative experience with it and I am satisfied with the performance of the car. It is difficult to fault this vehicle for any purpose besides nitpicking. This is a dependable vehicle that is and will continue to serve me well in the coming months. I may end up selling this car, but that will not be for another few years until I get the most out of this vehicle. I do not want to give up a c... (more)

I do not want to give up a car that is still delivering to me a solid ride experience and is able to support my travel plans in the current and near future. There is no other complaint I have coming up that will affect my ride. I will not make any complaints that are nonexistent for this vehicle and for what it can do for me. I want to be able to continue enjoying this car.
