I have a 200 Toyota Tundra. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have put over 60k miles on in in 2.5 years and have just recently had to make the first minor repair. The truck does everything I need it to do and then some. If I had the opportunity to buy the same truck again, I absolutely would. I purchase this truck when it was 14 years old and it still drives like it is brand new!
Story
Just a few days ago, I was able to get 3 different vehicles in the same area, unstuck from mud. It did not bog my truck down at all. After watching them spin wheels for a while and making huge ruts, it took as of 5 minutes each and very little strain on my truck to pull them out!
Pros
This truck is big enough to do your typical truck type things i.e. hauling, off road driving, etc. but small enough to fit in to most parking spaces, city driving and great to use as a daily driver. The cab is spacious for an older truck and it does seat 6 depending on the size of the people. It has a very powerful V* engine and 4x4 which is always great to have. This truck is VERY easy to work on - not too many electronics and lots of space to move around. This tundra should last a very long time. At 160k miles, I feel like I am just breaking it in!
Cons
There are not too many cons to this vehicle. It is a 4 door but the rear doors are suicide doors which make it difficult to get things in and out. The back seat is only suitable for smaller children and small adults. The front seat would not be suitable for a larger person - heavy or tall. A bigger person could sit in the front, but the back seat would then be unusable. The fuel economy could certainly be better, but for a mid side truck it is not bad. I get 12mpg in the winter and 16 in the summer.

2000 Toyota Tundra - Reliable, sleek, still modern, luxury.

I bought my Tundra with 100k miles. It had only one other owner and bought it for just over 10k cash. Besides a few door dings everything about it was in mint condition. It has a very nice spray on bed liner. I mow yards so I use it to haul mowers and a trailer around and it is very useful for that. All of the components work from windshield wipers, to lights, horn, dashboard, and sensors. I never decked it out with a lift kit or anything, but I did get SilverStar Ultra headlights and put some decals on it. Acceleration is very good with a Lexus SUV 4.7 Liter engine in it. Transmission acts up on rare occasions but nothing permanent.
Story
Best thing about having a truck is the bed. I have stargazed so many times in the back I have lost count. Where I am from it's not too far of a drive to see the stars at night and if you have a bunch of pillows and blankets it make the experience so much sweeter.
Pros
Reliable past 160k miles. The red paint has not faded at all. It has a Lexus engine in it so I would consider it luxury. The sound system is very good for factory stereo system. It rides very nice and with a set of Michelin tires it rides even nicer. A/C and heat work amazing and I haven't had to put any pumps of Freon in the compressor. Cruise control works great but doesn't know how to get up steeper grades.
Cons
The undercarriage is fairly rusty now. I don't get the gas mileage I used to. Seats are starting to wear out. It is only rear wheel drive so in the winter it can become a challenge to get around in the snow and ice. It can be hard to keep clean with fabric seats and carpets. Back shocks seem to wear out pretty fast.
