Dependable, comfortable, safe
The Pilot has been dependable with very few issues over the last five years. It maneuvers great during the winter months here in CO. It drives fantastic on mountain terrain. It has tons of space for storage as well as three kids in car seats. Trunk space for groceries and other items while accommodating the car seats is never a problem. Gas mileage for a larger vehicle, I feel, is great on the highway and around town. The interior and extra features in the LTZ model are very nice and easy to use. I feel that the vehicle is very safe, and I feel confident driving it with my children. It is very easy to load the children in and out of the vehicle. Its easy to drive and park. We have driven the car across country a few times with zero issues. The car has been very dependable. A few things that I have not liked is the cost of any maintenance at the Honda dealership. The tinting of the windows has not held up and has begun to bubble and peel. There have been a few items that required the vehicle to go in and be fixed under the extended Honda warranty. This was very inconvenient and concerning. The Honda dealership did get us in right away and fixed the problem with no recurring issues. They did not offer a complimentary vehicle and required that we sit there. The color on the vehicle has held up great, and there is very few marks on the outside of the vehicle. The interior has held up great over these last five years. There are very few marks inside the vehicle. I love that Hondas hold there value, and this is one reason I would purchase another Honda on our next car purchase. Payment was not an issue when buying the Honda Pilot. We used financing and turned our Chevy Equinox in for a fare price. We have paid off this vehicle and now own it.

Great Family Car
I currently drive a 2013 Honda Pilot and I love it. There is plenty of room for my 2 kids plus our family dog with the 3rd row of seats. Comparing it to the minivans my friends drive, it has the same amount of space for people as well as in the trunk but without the look of a van (which is not my cup of tea). I consistently get 20 to 21 mpg and if I do a lot of highway driving it can go as high as 23 mpg. Lots of space, great mpg for an SUV and it looks cool.

2013 Honda Pilot
I love the fact that I can easily fit my child and all of the things that come with her. Honda has definitely had families in mind when making this car, between the DVD entertainment system, the spacious 3rd rows and the one touch lift gate it makes transporting my family much more enjoyable. I have the AWD so the gas mileage could definitely be better but considering the size of the car and the fact that it has decent acceleration and pick up, I think it's a reasonable sacrifice to make. I ended up getting a black Pilot, which was not my first choice and was worried about the Texas heat roasting us during the summer, but the built in window shades make it much better and it doesn't seem to be any difference than my previous car that was white.
