I initially fell in love with this car because of the sun roof and leather seats. However, after driving it for a few months, I also appreciate how smooth the car rides. Even on bumpy roads, there are no rattles. The hatchback has been an absolute lifesaver for travel with two kids. There is enough room to pack everything needed for a long road trip to the beach. I fit three suitcases, buckets and shovels for the beach trip, a cooler for road trip treats, and games to keep the children from getting to bored in the car. The 2,000-mile trip went great; no issues at all with such a long trip.
Story
I recently bought a trampoline for my children. I knew I was going to have to get a friend with a truck to help me get it home. However, an employee at Wal-Mart saw my car and knew he would be able to get it in. We opened the hatchback, laid down the seats, and with the help of another man in the parking lot, got the giant box into the car. The girls were ecstatic!
Pros
My favorite thing about this car is the heated seats. In the cold winters of Utah, I never have to worry about being cold while the car warms up. Just push a button, and I have instant warmth.
Cons
I am less than thrilled with the custom rims that are on my car. Hit a pot hole, and you get a flat tire. I am working on getting those removed, and then it will be better!

The Hyundai Elantra Touring is a great vehicle. It is an easy ride and travels long distances well. Tires are great and the AC and radio work nicely. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to other people. It is steady and dependable and has good coverage.
Story
We took the vehicle to the cruise terminal and unloaded everything safely and left it for a week. She was the same as when we left it.
Pros
One pro is this car has great gas mileage. Even on the highway is better than city driving, but that is expected. It has great storage capacity and can carry two scooters, one suitcase and three people. It's great to have a car you can trust to get you there safely. It doesn't seem prone to many accidents. It's awesome that you can drive approximately 325 miles before you have to stop for gas.
Cons
One negative about the vehicle is you have to get the right color. We ended up with black and it is hot. It's almost like Hades until the A/C kicks in. Next vehicle we get won't be black, red or any other color which contracts heat. Up north those colors are fine, but we are in Florida and it gets hot.
