This vehicle purchased new was very impressive. It looked fantastic on the inside, reminding one of being in a space capsule. The outside was very aerodynamic, and it was very sleek with a great paint color. The car ran extremely well on a standard transmission. The interior amenities were plenty, worked as they should, and had a futuristic appearance. This should have been recognized as an omen for how wrong things would unfold. Very soon after purchase, things started to go terribly wrong. From a performance standpoint, it had to be placed in the shop for repairs. From the standpoint of accessories and the interior, things quickly began to break or wear down. In retrospect, I would never have bought this model car, and I certainly would not recommend it to others. It was the true exa... (more)
Story
I remember the futuristic nature of the car impressed everyone who saw it. However these same people were not so impressed when I used to have to open the driver's door in the fast-food drive-through since the window broke so quickly.
Pros
This car had many attractive attributes about it. It was futuristic in style on the outside as well as the inside. The outside of the car had a great color, nice tires and rims, and was the ultimate in sleek design. The interior reminded people of a vehicle from the future. It had a pod of controls attached to each side of the steering wheel, providing easy access to the car's functions. It came with a superb factory radio and speaker system. The dash and control panel lighting was amazing with the ability to control the brightness. The car performed well, and you experienced a smooth ride... (more)
Cons
The interior was very cramped and could only seat four people (not very comfortably). The interior was cloth and did not come with a leather option unless specially ordered. After a few months of use, things started to fall apart. First the driver's side window stopped going up and down, and then the passenger side window did the same. The back speakers of the audio system started to be filled with static, not due to loud usage. The control pods on the steering wheel became loose and would not stay in one position. Then the performance of the engine broke down. The car stopped running and ... (more)
